While the rooms were pleasant, they had a slightly classic charm, and the view was limited to the light well, which may not appeal to everyone. There was a very loud private party one evening - fortunately it ended just before 23.00. The bathroom didn't have enough shelf space and the mirror was small and quite high up, making it hard to use.

Very nice hotel, with a good breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff. It was only a short walk to Ortigya, where we spent most of our time.

Excellent on all fronts. Very quiet room, hotel located well for an easy walk every we wanted to go even though we had a car. The receptionists were extremely helpful and courteous. Street parking also not a problem for us as we got an untimed spot right outside the hotel no problem.

Pillows could be improved. They told us we parked in an appropriate location overnight, but received a ticket when we checked the next day. Very disappointing.

Parking spaces near the hotel are public. If you are luck, you might get one ;-) However hotel provides a valet parting service with a fee.

breakfast was awesome! The location was very near to the old city center - Ortigia. The restaurant of the hotel, Il Tiranno, had awesome staff and the food was great! It was worth every penny ;-)

Everything was incredible. Above all the people. What an amazing team. The hotel is stunning, the location could not be more perfect, the architecture (and I am an Architect) is truly beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, and I stayed twice, so I have seen different room, and then the breakfast - great choices, all fresh, and everyone so super friendly and helpful. The location was a good 10 minute walk from Ortigia where there is much more to do than Syracuse. Also, the English of some of the reception staff wasn’t particularly strong
