An extra set of keys, would be great if there was a solution to provide more than one set of keys.

One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Views of the water from living room and kitchen, a large terrace interior, all large rooms and hallway, well stocked kitchen. Apt is clean, plenty of towels, washer dryer and good AC. The owners left us 3 large water bottles in fridge which was thoughtful in the heatwave. Walkable to everywhere in Ortigia including access to swimming spots.

General furnishings are slightly dated in style but comfortable and perfectly adequate. Building common areas are a little shabby, but the general locality is undergoing significant gentrification.

The aspect and proximity to the sea makes this apartment special, and family who care as to its presentation and the quality of the guest experience.

30 stairs to climb to the apartment and no lift in the building

It was a large, comfortable “old world “ apartment in the historic center of Ortigia. Facilities were excellent, as were the views. The kitchen was well stocked with herbs, condiments,coffee, tea, cling wrap, foil as well as all the usual kitchen equipment. The manager, Lorenzo, opened the apartment on our arrival which was earlier than the advertised checkin and was immediately available to deal with any queries we had.

The apartment was in a great location with sea views, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. It’s walking distance from pretty much everything too and Elisa was the perfect host! Everything was just perfect and we had a lovely time. We would definitely recommend. There’s restaurants and bars close by or further if you so desire and Elisa gave some great recommendations of which we pretty much tried all. Every meal and drink was delicious! Thank you Elisa, we had a super stay! ❤️

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Siracusa, not at least because of our wonderful hosts. Elisa was always accessible and ready to help. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything a guest might need on vacation. Everything was laid out with a lot of consideration-you could sense that our hosts care very much for the comfort of their guests. The spacious apartment is beautiful and grants great views to the sea. Outstanding place that we can recommend wholeheartedly.

Good location, sea view. Apartment tastefully furnished and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Parking available on street within blue lines. Could imagine staying here for a while.

Our stay was much too short! We were very sad to leave the Camilla Suite :)

If I could give the Camilla Suite and its owners a 1000 points, I would! It was the best apartment I have ever stayed in whole Italy or even Europe. Waking every day to those amazing Ionian Sea and Ortigia views was priceless! We enjoyed every moment there and truly didn't want to go back home. It is a beautifully designed apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of old city Ortigia with wonderful helpful hosts who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

I stayed at Camilla House for 5 nights and fell in love instantly. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and is absolutely well-maintained and up-to-date. The bathroom and shower are practical, the kitchen is top modern, and the bed is super comfortable. Everything is spacious and airy, and what's most important to me personally, it's well-maintained and clean. I felt very comfortable and will definitely go back. Elisa and Lorenzo were super nice and also provided many tips. I can only highly recommend everything about Camilla House!

Nothing bad really, except we were unfortunate with bad weather throughout the stay so we couldn't explore much.

The apartment is spacious and bright, well decorated and takes you back in time. Staying in there was such an experience. The hosts are super friendly and always available to help. The apartment has all amenities, it was raining during our stay and immediately we were provided with umbrellas. Location is great. Ortigia is beautiful especially at night. Be aware that there you need to climb some stairs to reach the apartment, this wasn't an issue for us.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. You will get some noise from the street but also hearing the waves from the sea makes it a non issue.

This apartment is spacious and much lighter than it appears in the photos. There are windows and balconies in almost every room. The only room without one has a glass door so the light can still shine through. I like to cook and the full kitchen is modern and well appointed. Full fridge and freezer, induction stop top, fast working oven. The owners are very kind and treat you like friends when you meet them.

The apartment is large, very comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. I just wish I could’ve stayed longer. Lorenzo is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming, and his recommendations are excellent. Everywhere he recommended we eat was delicious and not touristy.

We enjoyed the view from the appartment over the see. The appartment was very cosines and the furnishing was very tastfull and Italien and clean. The host was very helpfull, and made it easy for us to come and to leave again.

My legs ache.

As soon as we walked into the apartment we realised that the pictures on Booking. com really didn't do it justice. It is such a big, bright and very spacious apartment. It instantly had the wow factor. We were greeted by the owners, Elisa and Lorenzo who quite honestly, couldnt do enough to help us in any way they could. The location of the apartment is ideal for all the sites to see in Ortigia and Syracuse, all within reasonable walking distance. The train station is just a 20 minute walk, for trips to Noto (33 minute train ride) and the amazing beach at Fontane Bianche (only 13 minute train ride). We advise you use the hop-on-hop-off bus early in your visit, as it shows you around well, and is only 10 Euros each (this lasts 24 hours). There are so many great restaurants to eat at. Our favourite place to have a drink and watch the world go by was up by the fountain, where quite often live music being played. I thoroughly recommend Camilla Suite and miss it and Ortigia already. Can't wait to visit again.
