There are various noises from the street such as people chatting and cars/trucks passing by, even though we weren’t bothered from this. Even though overall it’s clean, this could also be improved. Some things such as the toilet seat and tiles can be fixed to improve the experience in this apartment.

This studio is situated in the heart of the city center around 15mins away on foot from the train station. Various shops, cafes and restaurants in the area. We felt safe in the area of this apartment. The studio is equipped with what you need and overall comfortable. The host contacted us through whatsapp and she indicated how to enter the building and get the keys from a safebox. She was kind to let us check out an hour later too.

The one disadvantage of being so central is the noise. In our case we were usually so tired from exploring Bologna that we slept through it. Maybe more of a problem in summer with open windows but this is a big, busy city

It's all about location. Just a few minutes from all the sights, places to eat, drink coffee or shop. The flat has the necessaries and is comfortable, an ideal place to chill out between trips out. We arrived very late due to a late flight and missed connection. Our host waited up to let us in so we could finally relax

The noise is at an insane level because of where you are so it's a double-edged sword. You can hear every footstep at night and late-night partyers talking loudly. If you're a light sleeper like me, it's something to consider. It was also off-putting that the hostess took every opportunity to tell me to leave the money on the table before departure no matter what I asked about. There was no need as I'm not a child.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything and it was a nice touch to have some bottled water in the fridge. Very much appreciated. It's actually a teeny weeny bit better noise-wise at night to close the shutters but not lock them completely

Finding the room within the apartment, there is no indicator, no markings on the door of the apartment. We arrived late at night but thanks to the manager who managed to came up and show the room.

Location of this apartment was amazing! Right on one of the best streets in Bologna, just on the edge of the old town full of restaurants and great shopping, also close enough to walk from the train station. Had a small issue finding the room but that was maybe a language barrier (we weren’t sure which floor the room was on) but the host was very responsive so thanks to that we cleared it up quickly! Room was perfect for one night, there was some facilities like kettle and coffee machine but we couldn’t find any cups to drink from? Overall was a great last minute stay, would definitely recommend for a few nights if you want to be close to the main sights of the city!

We were asked to pay extra for city tax with cash (I think it's like 3€ per night per person). This was not included in the initial price and was not clearly stated beforehand. Only at the end of an email with small letters it said "city tax is applicable". This apparently is a general tactic in most properties and not a peculiarity of this owner, but I find it wrong so I wanted to say it

The location is perfect, in the city centre with everything in walking distance. The appartment is nice and decent with everything you need for a few days. Nice bed, nice couch, fridge, clean towels and hot water. A great plus is that coffee and tea is provided.

The only thing I’d say is that the person managing it asked me to send her a message once I was at the door of the property so she could remotely let me in. That’s not ideal for people who don’t have internet in a foreign country. It could be only related to arriving on a Sunday, though

Studio was a bit dark and also noisy. Lots of people noise until about 2 or 3am and heavy buses on the cobbles echoed through the flat from early morning. The price you pay for being central and on the via indipendenza. Wasn't a problem for me as I sleep through most things, my wife was affected more. The listing didn't mention city tax so I had to run out and get cash on the last morning.

Excellent location. Close to central Bologna, only a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the Asinelli tower. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Easy check in.

Not well cleaned (dust everywhere) and the heater was not on when we arrived so we couldn't take a shower because there wasn't hot water. I called the hostess and she just said that I have to turn it on and wait. Not even an apology. They also put just one roll of toilet paper. Would not hurt to put one extra roll for guests who are staying more than one day (and also paying for it) to avoid making you buy a pack of toilet paper just for one day.

We were a bit confused about the arrival instructions. The room is on the 1st floor over a very busy street, very noisy, although I should have known this from previous reviews. We slept very badly.

There is not elevator for midfloor (betwen ground and first floor) Shower is terrible, you cant take a decent shower. Its noisy because apartment is looking on the main street and sound isolation is terrible. Also, for the people who come here for the first time, there is a portier (who will give you the key from the apartment) inside of the building and when you come there knock on the entrance door because ringing the ring will not help. Comunication with the host was terrible (she didnt reply to our messages)
