Great location 5 min walk to all attractions , very spacious had hair dryer , clothes steamer , soap loads of towels host was very helpful would defo recommend

To get into the building we had to call a (toll-free, Italian) number. For some reason it didn’t work for us even on two different phones/networks. I’m sure it normally works but I know some travellers won’t have network immediately upon arrival, or may have data-only travel sims that don’t allow calls, so they may struggle like we did. Luckily the hosts are very responsive on WhatsApp and were able to guide us through an alternative method to get in.

The apartment was huge and had great, clean facilities. The location was excellent and communication with the hosts started the moment we booked, the staff were super helpful through WhatsApp. There was a car park very nearby and a cafe just seconds away, where we enjoyed a great breakfast with locals.

The only thing is that you have a feeling like you're just on the street. Like that they remodeled offices in the ground floor to the apartments.

Very well designed and so modern. We loved the fact there was a TV and a washing machine for our convenience. We were also allowed to store our luggage before check in!

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Everything we needed for a short stay and air conditioning. Easy to locate and access. A couple of cafes are just around the corner and the main sights of Verona are within walking distance, just over the river.

Nothing - the bed could have been more comfy but I still had a good nights sleep.

The apartment was very clean, modern and is close to all amenities within Verona. Francesca, the host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and went above and beyond in some cases. For example, recommending nice restaurants in Verona and even booking a table of one of the recommended restaurants which was lovely! Will stay here again when I come back to Verona.

The only thing is that it was very impersonal. Never interacted with any human host. All done electronically using apps/smartphone. It felt somewhat " dystopian ".

Opening the windows....slightly noisy from passing people and traffic. Didn't mention that you needed to make a reservation at said recommendations. No other dislikes as it was lovely.

Everything..the apartment was clean and had everything you needed (except plates). The beds were extremely comfortable. The keyless access system was brilliant and easy to use. Plenty of towels. Host provided recommendations for places to eat for breakfast and dinner, which was helpful. Highly recommended very enjoyable stay.

Apart from missing a bottle opener and a toaster it was fantastic.

Exceptionally clean apartment and very safe area. The location was great, just a short walk to both piazza del erbe and piazza bra... Elk bakery and really cheap supermarket on our doorstep. Francesca was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning.

The air conditioner in the sleeping room made the whole night noise even though we turned it off. The street was very loud in the night, too.

The location is excellent, parking was free right under the windows of the apartment, but from 20 pm until 8 am you can leave the car for free. The room is cozy, very high ceilings, clean and tidy. We were in April, the rooms were warm, warm floor in the bathroom. I think in the summer it should be good too, since there are a split system. Close to the center. The main thing to remember is that in order to open the main door to the apartment, the owner will give you a number that you need to call from your phone from which the reservation was made. Verona is beatuful and great!
