Room (apart from the very nice bathroom) feels outdated and definitely not in line with hotel's overall standard; food in the main restaurant is average.

No complaints for our stay we loved this hotel! - I would just warn that some rooms are only accessible by stairs so I'd recommend you find this out before you stay if this might be a problem for other travellers! Also the hotel is quite secluded so you would need a car to visit any other spots around. We personally didn't mind the hotel being secluded because they offered most things so you don't really need to leave!

The hotel felt new and modern, the room was a nice size and very clean, bathroom was new and clean. The Zinnibirri restaurant was a really beautiful spot for dinner we enjoyed it so much we went back each night! Lunch by the pool area was also decent! We enjoyed the private beach spot. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Everything was fine

It was a wonderful stay there! We caught the very end of the season. The location of the hotel is simply magical, the colours of the emerald sea and the blue pool were simply mesmerizing. Hotel services are at the highest level. Very friendly staff, breakfast has everything you need, fresh products every day. We really liked how the dinner was organised. Every day there is a new menu. A lot of local dishes, cooked perfectly and well balanced. Excellent selection of local wines. The hotel has a private beach, also very well organised and clean. We lived at the separate building and our room had access to the garden. Our cat was completely delighted!

Beautiful zen property. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Gorgeous views and a variety of cozy outdoor spaces. The pool area was lovely although it was too cool for us to swim. The staff were friendly and attentive.

But this resort has one big flaw: the food (especially dinner) ! Seems, chiefs took advantage of the fact that there are no other eateries around, so they even didn't try to improve quality of dinners to match the price customers paid for that.

Impressed about customer service/receptionists - excellent jobs ! Location is in very secluded place, but benefits of the private beach and clear water prevail over isolated place inconvenience. All rooms in our new building faced the bay and are very spacy and clean.

The room I had was the basic one, so I don't know if there are better options, but the bed left something to be desired. The food was a little limited but of quality so I was pleased enough.

Booked this place for my first solo trip, where I just wanted to relax with everything I needed at hand (food, spa, pool, beach, parking, etc). The overall aesthetic of this resort is modern and luxe. The common spaces are beautiful and the views over the sea and sunset are divine. The beach is perfection - I absolutely loved it. Crystal clear water, tons of fish, I even had an encounter with an octopus! The pool area is stunning and comfortable. The grounds are lush with lots of greenery. The food was also ok! Staff was also particularly kind and warm. I didn't want to leave when it was time for check out, but they were fully booked for the coming days! Would definitely return.

Pillows are way too thick. Wash clothes are the size of hand towels. More for adults then for kids. I did not request a quiet room… not sure where that came from, but yes rooms are nice and quiet. They pump perfume into the air in the reception area. Unnecessary!

The location was nice, not too far, not too close to airport. Great access to beautiful beaches. Staff professional and friendly. Up scale Hotel and a fair price. Nice little beach off you want to stay at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this seaside gem. The hotel was a beautiful vantage point to see the sunset over the sea. The two restaurants were wonderful, and served up delicious meals every night of our stay. They make a wonderful cocktail, and the staff was attentive and very professional. We didn't want to leave!

My only disappointment was that there was no boutique on the property selling lovely pool wear, jewelry ... the kinds of things a woman likes to shop for while in paradise. Olbia was more middle market. I did find THE shop, however, for gorgeous Sardinia summer and pool wear on a drive out to Porto Cervo in the tiny village of Abbiadori, called Punto m. A must go to shop if one wants clothing souvenirs from this paradise island.

This hotel is paradise, run by the most professional staff I have come across. The breakfast and dinner options were good, with the lunch options being less interesting (skip the club sandwich). Dinner servers were a bit flustered when we were there as everyone seems to arrive at the same time for the sunset. I was thrilled with the wine choices we made, but we just guessed — unfortunately sommelier support was a bit lacking. Pool and beach facilities were flawless. Piano music in the evening was just the right kind of music that paradise should have. Do ask when you book about mobility issues. One of the suites our group stayed in was really quite a walk up steep stairs (handrails non-existent in places).

Dinner at the restaurant suffers from the lack of atmosphere - despite the good food. One might wonder whether the lack of atmosphere is due to the overly bright illumination of the room and the efficiency orientated spirit of the mass processing style of the dinner. Consider eating at the bar /pool area.

Excellent location which offers great stunning interior design, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious design and the proximity to the wonderful beach, great lounge-like atmosphere at the pool area with a view.

whilst the restaurant was in a lovely setting and had a great atmosphere, the menu wasn’t one that I would expect in Italy. I would agree with the other review that we travel to Italy and look forward to good Italian wholesome meals. the food was presented beautifully, and only a small number of options were offered (these changed every night) so I understand the concept of the menu; offering limited dishes to concentrate on the quality. However I just would have liked to have seen a few traditional Italian meals as an option for those who look forward to that when visiting this wonderful country. The hotel were very understanding of this and credited the refund onto our hotel account for the remainder of our stay so this is not a negative reflection on the hotel itself, it was more down to personal taste. As there are no surrounding restaurants to walk to and the bar kitchen closed at 6.00, the audience is held to only being able to have dinner here so one night we did have to go without which was a shame but certainly not a deal breaker. When we return again, we will just make sure that we eat at the pool bar before it closes.

The location was beautiful, the staff really make this place and everything is so wonderfully clean. I don’t understand how this hotel has been described as charmless as it really is in a beautiful setting, the building is traditional yet the interior is modern, fresh and just stunning. I don’t often leave reviews but this hotel has been one of my favourite places to stay in the world. the staff cannot do enough for you, I left my hairbrush at home and the hotel arranged for someone to go to the local pharmacy and pick me one up. The bar staff saw my handbag on the floor and came over with an extra seat so that my handbag was no longer sitting on the (clean!) floor! the gardens are beautiful and wild, the private beach was a huge bonus and a great place to relax during the day. The selection of drinks and the food menu at the pool bar were reasonably priced and of excellent quality, I just wished it stayed open a little later for those not wanting to use the restaurant for dinner. It is wonderfully quiet and serene without being stuffy and lacking in atmosphere. The pool bar certainly gave off sophisticated, chilled out beach club vibes which I miss dearly since returning home. I don’t often travel back to places but I would definitely want to go here again in the future and could not recommend it enough to anyone considering booking it. Staying in this boutique hotel made me realise this is the way forward as the staff care about your happiness, whereas the big named chain hotels often hide behind their name/brand. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nothing at all we didn’t stay long enough.

The staff made you feel like royalty. The view was amazing and the food and drink options were endless. I would recommend it to anyone. Definitely will return.
