No surprise but the top tourist locations were so busy at peak times it was almost gridlocked!

Large apartment in a former noble building with balconies across the large courtyard. A less busy location but very close to St Marcs Square & Rialto. I don't think the location for touring could have been better. Paolo the host/manager of the apartments could not have been more helpful and friendly including meeting us at the lical ferry terminal. We had a personal guided tour of the north of the Central canal including the Jewish quarter back to Rialto. This was far more relaxed with less tourists and some cultural knowledge from our Venetion guide.

Great host, location, size/space and functionality (washing machine, dishwasher, full fridge with separate freezer, microwave, cooktop, oven, hairdryer, etc!). PIN code security on the building and apartment door (and the luggage store if needed). Saves carrying and losing a key. Beautiful art and chandelier in the room. Power outlet with 2 x USB-A next to each side of the bed.

Paolo was great to deal with organising a late shuttle and water taxi service for us. Detailed instructions on how to self check in and the apartment had the wow factor.

We enjoyed everything and we would stay here again and recommend it to families. The only thing is the main building door keypad is not so easy to press down on the buttons. Sometimes it would take a couple of tries.

Excellent location. The rooms itself are very spacious and clean with high ceilings. Management was readily available which was very helpful. Thank you for assisting with our water taxi bookings and taking the time to walk through and explain how everything works in the unit. The Unit door lock with code is very handy. Thank you for the bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge - these details that are very much appreciated. Thank you for everything Matteo and Paolo.

Beautiful flat in a lovely and incredibly well located hotel. The flat had stunning views of the piazza it overlooks. It has excellent amenities and was very clean. We were greeted by Matteo at the train station who had organised water taxi for us and helped us to the apartment for check in. We were on our honeymoon and given a lovely gift (thank you!) The restaurant below the hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed being in the centre of San Marco as soon as we stepped out of the flat! Venice is very busy in the summer and we enjoyed being able to get occasional respite and aircon in the flat in between our activities!

Loved the spacious and beautifully decorated apartment with a gorgeous chandelier. Really felt like we were in Venice. The location is as great in a quieter area and not too many stairs. It had everything from washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker etc . The bathroom was also great with extra towels and generous soaps etc. We Enjoyed the extra touches like a few complimentary things in the fridge and a bottle of bubbly. Paulo was very helpful with his recommendations and communication. Would highly recommend this apartment to stay.

Everything except a bit hard to come up with luggage. Otherwise place is just exceptional. Matteo was really great helping us with everything. Had free procecco and soft drinks waiting us in fridge as a complimentary.

The beds were quite uncomfortable. Especially the futon - my poor kids were up all night.

We were greeted at the train station and escorted to the water taxi, which had added on. Location was great - lovely restaurant downstairs, easy to access, very friendly hosts, gorgeous building.

A very spacious, secure, clean, well-equipped and quiet apartment with an ideal central location by a surprisingly quiet square, close to St. Mark's Square and to a water bus stop for other parts of Venice and the airport. We originally wanted the apartment with the balcony and that wasn't available, but we were very happy with this apartment and its tranquil garden views. We were very well looked after by Matteo who was very helpful with any questions, and checking in and out was very easy - also there is a secure room for leaving your bags after you check out. Very highly recommended!
