Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was great. Antonello gave us directions, met us at the property, gave us instructions and we enjoyed our stay. We did not experience any problems. The smells from the bakery downstairs were lovely. Our group had six people, my wife and I and 4 kids 17-20 years old. Everyone loved it. The location is good, although I am not sure what a bad location is in Venice.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5!! The location was great for walking all over Venice. The beds were amazingly comfortable (even the pull out that my kids slept on was comfortable). Anyonello was so kind…he met us at the property early so that we could drop off luggage. He gave some great suggestions on places to eat as well. The is a lovely bakery downstairs which fills the apartment with the most delightful smell. Would absolutely stay here again in future trips!

IsraelCentral location - 3 minutes from the shuttle station, just behind san marco square and few minutes from realto bridge. the owner was extremely kind, gave exact directions and waited for us in the apartment with clear instructions and tips. the apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and fully equipped with everything that's needed. it is also very well decorated, everything is new and reserved, and it has a small and very nice porch. very pleasant to stay in the apartment. it is on the 3rd floor of the building

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host is excellent at communicating travel details and directions. He was very prompt at meeting us to deliver the keys, provided recommendations for the area, and his English was impeccable. The property is exceptionally modern, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is a very convenient short walk to the Grand Canal, St. Mark's square, and endless shopping/dining options. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property for your upcoming stay!
