Between March 1st and 4th, my wife and two of her friends stayed in this apartment. Below is their review "A week before our arrival, we received clear instructions (including photos) for self-check-in and recommendations for places to visit (cafes, bars, restaurants, landmarks). We quickly found the apartments and during our mini-vacation, we visited many suggested places (with special attention to the takeaway pizza "C'è Pizza e Pizza", which was very tasty). The apartment owners left us a bottle of red wine (a special thank you for this gift!). The apartments were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils for cooking (pans, pots, sharp knives, etc.), a microwave and a dishwasher. We were also pleased to find an ironing board and iron. The bonus was that all the windows of the apartment overlook the can The apartments are five minutes from the Arsenale station, in a quiet and cozy neighborhood without tourists. The main attractions are a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, when we bought online bus tickets to Milan and couldn't figure out where the bus station in Mestre was located, we turned to Cristian for help. He promptly sent us detailed instructions (photos, a map and a schedule from Venice to Mestre), explaining how we could get to our desired location by train or bus. We are very grateful for the assistance and highly recommend staying in these wonderful apartments."

The apartment was perfect. Clean, tidy, very comfortable, good distance from restaurants and main areas. The owners were very attentive and explained everything clearly and concisely. Cristian arranged a private tour around the glass factory for us also which was fantastic. All in all, can't fault anything.

Well explained directions and instructions for a smooth check-in. The area was quiet with a lovely view of the canal, but still an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and a water bus stop. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated . The air conditioner also worked great, and the apartment was spacious and bright. In addition, Cristian very kindly shower us around Muranos glass favtory. Definitely worth the visit! .

The apartments location is amazing it is close to the center, and over looks the canal from three different windows. It is very clean and well stocked. The pictures of the apartment are accurate as well. We didn’t experience any smells from the canals or noise, it is a quiet area. Cristian & Francesca were very helpful and generous, they will help you with anything you ask and they even gave us a tour of a glass factory in Murano!! Over all amazing, highly recommend.

The location and the apartment were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable, nothing was lacking. The welcome Prosecco was a lovely touch, and Cristian was very attentive and helpful. Easy to get in touch with, quick to respond to any query we had. I can highly recommend staying with Cristian. Another bonus was the private tour of the glassfactory on Murano, which Cristian arranged. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I hope to return one day 👍😊

Fantastic location. Close to everything but in a quiet area. 7-8 mins walk from the Arsenale water bus stop. Apartment clean and comfortable. our Hosts were easy to contact and Cristian arranged a tour for us at the Glass factory he manages on the Island of Murano. They left a bottle of Prosecco for our arrival too. Would stay again when bank in Venice.

excellent location, awesome the position in Venice. quiet, relax, but really close to S.Marco and all the fantastic attractive of this unique City in all over the world. apartment simply perfect for a family of four. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom accessible from both the bedrooms, a kitchen accessoired with everything. Cristian and Francesca excellent owner, always available in case of any needs, so much kind. I strongly suggest, really awesome holiday in every aspect. all my thanks to them. see the next for sure!!!

A small point of improvement: one of the beds was not very good. It was ok but one board came loose and was already ducktaped.

You will not be disappointed staying here! Modern style, clean, private, quiet neighborhood but yet close to the main attractions (walking distance), AC worked great and the biggest plus was the owners (they were very attentive to our needs).
