They only set up the heating late September and we got two cold night. However the company made sure we had enough blankets They were fantastic and very attentive to us during the whole trip

The bathroom is really tiny- we managed fine but perhaps some would find this challenging? When Venice floods the property communal entrance floods- so you need to roll up your pants and wade through the water to get in and out (the rooms remain perfectly dry however!)

Fantastic set of rooms- overlooking the Grand Canal. Period property. It was stunning and the bed was super comfortable. Location was excellent too

There is nothing not to love about this property

Everything! The location was perfect! We walked everywhere very easily. Got a private water taxi from the front door to the airport. The apt was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable with a private terrace on the Grand Canal. It really was a dream. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Venice

The beds are never comparable to our own bed but it was fine. The mattress was a little hard but not a deal breaker. The terrace was nice but you definitely need bug spray to avoid getting eaten by mosquitos.

The location was perfect for us and the terrace overlooking the grand canal was lovely. It was very close to a vaporetto stop and cannaregio is much less crowded than San Marco. Also very close to/walking distance to the train and bus stations

I was sure that I booked the apartment with a canal view (based on the pictures of the dining table in front of the window) when I was booking. Also, as my husband has a heart condition it would’ve been helpful to know about the 5 flights of stairs with all our luggage. I also didn’t realize the patio that we did have access to would be shared with other guests.

The location was excellent. Close enough to walk from the train station. It was clean and communication with the owner was great.

The location was stunning, close to the water ferries as well as private pier for private taxi hire. Short walk into the hustle and bustle of Venice. The architecture of the hotel and its location, for me, was breathtaking. I would highly recommend.

Our host did such a great job, it's hard to even come up with anything. Though, I guess I would have enjoyed (but not at all expected!) slightly higher quality welcome treats upon arrival. P.S. Get ready for a workout climbing those steps!

Absolutely beautiful stay here, with my room (Romantic) overlooking the Grand Canal and my own little boat dock to sit at. I could also access the garden which was lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, easy to get around with a vaporetto stop nearby and only over one bridge walking to the train station which was handy with luggage. I didn't want to leave but I will be back!!

The location was great and the staff were wonderful. Walking right out onto a quiet close to the canals and grocery stores and restos was lovely. Super central and the apartment was great.

The property was beautiful with a wonderful location and fabulous staff. It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 19 year old, 17 year old and 15 year old). The staff was exceptionally responsive and very friendly. We felt lucky that we found this place. If we were to visit again, we would definitely stay at the property.

Some of our group wanted even more air conditioning (Americans!), but my husband and I thought it was fine, very comfortable inside and out. One shower is a bit small, so some agility was required.

The apartment was gorgeous, very tastefully furnished without going overboard. Everyone was thrilled with the terrace, which was very comfortable even in mid-summer and which had a commanding view of the Grand Canal--a great place to take a break or have a meal any time of day. It was a treat to stay in a real palazzo, we loved the entry hall of the building that opened straight out to a dock on the canal. The staff were very helpful and even mailed back a shirt we left behind!
