The location was sensational! Absolutely perfect place to be in the centre of bars, restaurants and slap bang on the grand canal. Lovely, roomy and fabulously decorated apartment, felt so at home. The outside space was superb.

Needs some maintenance like windows and bathroom doors. Need to install automatic lights along the corridors. Very dark during the night.

The place is right beside the Grand Canal. It has its own dock for water taxis so very convenient specially if you have things with you. The apartment has complete facilities for cooking your own food. Near a water boat station, San Marcuola Vaporetto Stop. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Kudos to Angelo and Rani.

Nice and well kept appartment in a good location. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area next to the canal, where we could watch the busy, and sometimes noisy, traffic. Very friendly and considerate host.

Breakfast good. Expected more from the breakfast range given the price of breakfast per head - circa £30 per head which was separate to hotel fee. Not great value for money.

I love this place! The location is peefect, the apartment is lovely, like a dream. Customer Service was excellent. I will consider coming back to this beautiful Palace, thay how we felt 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Arrival to private pier by water taxi was lovely. Friendly greeting and assistance by Ranil upon arrival. Very close to restaurants and shopping but in a quiet location right on the Grand Canal.

They only set up the heating late September and we got two cold night. However the company made sure we had enough blankets They were fantastic and very attentive to us during the whole trip

The bathroom is really tiny- we managed fine but perhaps some would find this challenging? When Venice floods the property communal entrance floods- so you need to roll up your pants and wade through the water to get in and out (the rooms remain perfectly dry however!)

Fantastic set of rooms- overlooking the Grand Canal. Period property. It was stunning and the bed was super comfortable. Location was excellent too

There is nothing not to love about this property

Everything! The location was perfect! We walked everywhere very easily. Got a private water taxi from the front door to the airport. The apt was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable with a private terrace on the Grand Canal. It really was a dream. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Venice

The beds are never comparable to our own bed but it was fine. The mattress was a little hard but not a deal breaker. The terrace was nice but you definitely need bug spray to avoid getting eaten by mosquitos.

The location was perfect for us and the terrace overlooking the grand canal was lovely. It was very close to a vaporetto stop and cannaregio is much less crowded than San Marco. Also very close to/walking distance to the train and bus stations

I was sure that I booked the apartment with a canal view (based on the pictures of the dining table in front of the window) when I was booking. Also, as my husband has a heart condition it would’ve been helpful to know about the 5 flights of stairs with all our luggage. I also didn’t realize the patio that we did have access to would be shared with other guests.

The location was excellent. Close enough to walk from the train station. It was clean and communication with the owner was great.

Communication was excellent, very efficient. Location was perfect, close to the busy areas but not too close. Very comfortable accommodations. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer
