Very noisy hood in the bathroom bad wifi in rooms but perfect by the pool topless woman by the pool some people let dog to swim in kids pool insects at the bottom floor toilet was dirty they want you to leave all dishes washed but they put no sponge for it so have one with u. no shower gel, no soap. no soundproofing. Walls like made of cartons prepare yourself to listen to neighbours )

Ok apartment for your basic needs, but a bit outdated. We were 6 people but there was only 4 chairs, we solved it with the outdoor chairs.

Great location in the hills above Garda, with wonderful pool & garden area. Many available activities such as pingpong and volleyball. Clean and well kept.

Everything was great, maybe the internet was slow at times but the place is a bit in the mountains so I guess is normal for the area and you'll have more time ejoing the place

The resort is big and well organized, has something for everybody. The pool area with the grass around is excellent, It is just as you see iton the pictures. It is a family place vey nice and great for the kids. The therrace was huge with nice view on the pool area and the appartment very comfortable with all ammenities you'll need. Also is a good point to go to Gardaland 30min and Garda which is great and only 5min with a car.

The pool is way to small for the number of families on site. Which I do not understand since they have loads of land. Also, the guests have a lot of toddlers. Apparently, the word is out that this facility is perfect for young children. Good view of the pool and grounds from the units. Plenty of room to set your kids running. But a lot of people put their toddlers in the main pool (not the children's pool). The pool was so crowded, and filled with screaming toddlers, my son and I barely used the pool. I have had a child too, so I am used to screaming children. But there were a lot. I wish I knew that before I booked.

No direct view to lake. 2 km steep climbing back from Garda village, needed car to visit Garda. No minimarket near. The room we had was basic but this was a known matter before hand.

Great pool and football + tennis fields. Very friendly personnel. Easy check in and out. International atmosphere and ideal for families. Children played football nearly every evening together and made friends with other kids. Good hiking routes. Barbeque possibility was nice.

This will only be a recommendation because in general we liked everything. :) It would be nice to expand the entertainment options for children - add climbing wall or something like this, add some modern carousel or other attractions, add new game tables. Since the pools are open until 20:00 in the evening, there are not many opportunities for children to play after 20:00. It would be nice also if there was a cafe on site where everyone could buy small snacks and ice cream.

Ideal accommodation near the Garda Lake for families with children. Pools are a great added value in the hot season. I appreciated that all residents in the village followed the rules, there were no loud parties, we could sunbathe, swim, read and relax. The houses have everything you need to cook on the spot (dishes, pans, pots, coffee machine). Easy communication with employees.

Booking.com's webpage says there is air condition, so you of course think you book an apartment with air condition, but that is not the case. So in the dozen of mails you receive after you've booked, it says in a single sentence (not highlighted in any way) that you have to ask for air condition (a mail close to arrival then says, only few apartments have air condition, which is totally new information). So bottom line, no air condition. Not even a fan installed in any room, which i ridiculous in 30 degress. So at night time no sleep. You have the choise of sleeping with everything open, with the disturbance of fire works, loudy neighbours and cigarette smoke - or close the windows and not sleep because of the heat. We ended up in an apartment where the lock to the terrace door was broken as well - we were told not to worry.. The toilet stunk, something wrong with the drainage probably - plummer couldn't fix it - all of the apartment smelled like shit- to say it as it was. The shower door didn't work. In general, the apartment complex needs a modernization/restauration.

We liked the pool area, good for kids. It was spacious. Also an area to play football.

An update to my review after reading the response of the owners: I am very sorry to see that your reaction to our experience at your facility is somewhat disproportionate and inappropriate. I also point out that your comment is not only offensive but is incorrect. We never stated to be professional tennis players. I suggest reading better - as you ask of many of your clients as well - before answering and risking making a bad impression. Unlike yours, my comment was polite. I also find that you have decided to focus only on the negative things instead of reading the positive ones I have written and you have done so in an aggressive and decidedly unprofessional way. Due to your insults I have lowered the review points further.

My original review: The location is great, it is immersed in nature.The pools were fine.There is a bar within walking distance, great for breakfast and evening entertainment.The lake is 10 min by car.The key were easy to find and retrieved.Each apartment has 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. We booked 2 apartments.They were pretty tight for 6 people and the kitchen needs renewal.Some of the beds were super worn and had small tears in them.In one of the apartments the bunk beds were not prepared at all, they were not open and the apartment was not well cleaned.The other was fine.There weren't enough cups for 6 people.I understand that the residence is self-catering, and this is not the first time we have stayed in a place like this.However, this is the first time that there is no sponge or dishwasher liquid.When you travel from far, as we did, it is not pleasant that you have to look for a shop nearby to buy the bare essentials right upon arrival.The fridge is extremely small for a self-catering place of 6 people.We were very excited about the tennis courts and were aware of the fact that the use of them comes with extra costs (15 Eur/hr). What we were not aware of is that you need to make reservations with the office every time you want to play (24 hr in advance) and at a time that is more convenient for staff rather than the guests.There is a timeframe: from 10.00 to 18.00.During hot summer days, it is not the best, as even the pool also opens at 8.00.We were able to negotiate for an earlier and later play a couple of times which was nice from the office.The quality of the tennis court is terrible.We are tennis players, we brought our own tennis rackets and balls. The course is full of stones and in many places, there are holes covered only with the red powder, so when you play the ball does not bounce back, or it hits the rocks it loses control.

Be aware that the residence asks for extra charges for the air condition which I had to pay for 20euro per day and they did not send the remote control for the A/C so I had to stay 4 hours in very hot apartment sweating Even though I turn the a/c on the apartment was very hot and I couldn't sleep at night because the a/c was so small and the location of the a/c was near the bathroom not even directed to cool nor the bed room or the living room The pillow was so small the bed was not stable I wake up everyday with neck pain It was bad experience for me

The 6 people apartment (which is much more expensive) was smaller than 4 people apartment. Luckily there were 4 of us, if we were six people, it would be hard to stay in this apartment. The lack of air conditioning in 6 people apartments was a big minus. We wanted to order it in advance, but out of all, only 2 apartments offer airconditioning and they were already booked. The cost of 20 Euro for a day of air-con in small apartments seems unreasonable. Wifi is so weak that it hardly exists, only usefull on mobiles to some extent, not all the time, depending in which hours, on laptop not working, so no chance to do any work on laptop if you need so. ALso the telephone reception in apartment was almost none (apartment No 30). If you needed to make a call, you had to walk to the main gate, some 100 meters away.
