Adjusting to which of the four keys operate which doors, including the electricity, took some time and could be challenging for those arriving at night. Labelling the keys in sequence and providing instructions on how to lock the doors would be helpful. The neighbourhood is generally fine, but on Sunday, the loud music literally shook the apartment. While I managed to sleep well, light sleepers might have issues. I couldn't get the TV to work as there were no instructions; it appears a USB is needed. The wooden frame around the comfortable bed requires careful manoeuvring to avoid bumping your leg. The wardrobe was filled with linen and towels, leaving little space to hang clothes on the three provided hangers, although there were two drawers available. An ottoman for storing linen might be a better solution to free up space for guests to use the wardrobe.

The area is completely safe both day and night. The room on the third floor was very spacious and well-equipped with great amenities. It included a fridge stocked with water, milk, and juice, a spacious bathroom with toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, a kettle, a coffee maker with packed pastries for breakfast, and a shower with piping hot water. The room also featured lovely air conditioning, a charming little balcony, plenty of towels in drawers, a bathrobe, and numerous power outlets for charging devices. The room was clean and fully functional. There are some fantastic bars and restaurants nearby, and it's conveniently close to the bus stop for the airport. Although I never met the host in person, she was very helpful and provided useful information about the city via booking.com. I loved the apartment and would highly recommend it or stay here again.

The shower water pressure was non existent! As others reviews have said the street outside is noisy but it didn’t bother me too much. Neither did the three flights of stairs as I’m reasonably fit and didn’t have a lot of luggage. Perhaps a small microwave would be more suitable than the mini oven.

This place was perfect for me. It had all the mod cons needed and the coffee, tea, water, juice and biscuits was appreciated. The location was good with lots of decent bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Although it is the other side of the city to the train station. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The air con worked well and was a godsend as Palermo is HOT in June! Federica was always accessible by WhatsApp and the check in was simple.

The host was very kind and organised, arranged a safe way for me to pick up the keys quite late and was available via phone. In addition, she was very helpful in helping me finding a taxi to get to the rental cars depot.

It was extremely noisy with loud music/party in the square until 3am Fri and again Sat and Sun (hotel next door) not the hosts fault, but be aware as you get little sleep. A fairly dirty neighbourhood too with rubbish everywhere, again, not hosts fault. 3 flights of stairs too, if you have suitcases.

Directly in front of the property was a small square that was filled with rubbish every day; on Friday and Saturday night, there was loud music coming from the square or cars visiting the square. The room was on the 3rd floor with narrow steps. The room was large but the furniture was not well placed for optimal space and the furniture was cluttered with lots of knick knacks, so there was nowhere for you to rest your belongings without moving the items. The bed had a large wooden surround that you could easily hit your knee/foot on and if you were on the the side of the bed near the wall you had to shuffle down the side to get into bed. The little wooden shelf attached to the wall on that side was very loose and the electrical wall socket on that side did not seem to work. What is offered as included breakfast is little more than some sweet rolls and biscuits. Some sort of orange juice drink, not orange juice and coffee/tea. No powdered milk. The bathroom was large and spacious but the placement of the toilet was so close to the shower you had to step to the side to get get out and the shower needs to be regrouted. The shower head needs to be replaced as the water did not fall down from the shower head but to the side, even if you took the shower head down the water still did not fall downwards We did not see the host at all, although she did correspond via Booking.com or WhatsApp.

The accommodation was located within 5-10 minutes of restaurants and bus stops. The distance to some attractions was walkable in about 25 minutes. The property was clean. The bathroom was large and spacious; the shower was large and the water was hot.

Breakfast was advertised but in reality it was some cookies at the first day and nothing all the other days. Outside at night time were pretty noisy especially on weekend.

Great location. Federica is nice and helpful. Clean apartment. Room and bathroom are big enough.
