There's a lot of noise at night, the windows are very thin and there's a lot of traffic. The shower isn't the best either. The living room is great but could be more ornate, perhaps with small accent lights.

The flat is really big, you have big spaces. It's much bigger in real life than it looks in the photos. Netflix access on the TV ! Big terrace. Great coffee machine. Beautiful bedroom.

Very interesting achitecture of the building. Close to the lake, restaurants, shops etc.. Spacious enough for family of 4. Big balcony was a game changer :) Easy to find a parking place.

- for those who are sensitive to sound, it is unfortunately extremely noisy from the street when cars pass (even when windows are closed), so we needed earplugs. - part of the doors (to bedroom and main door to apartment) have a glass piece which means when light is turned on in the hallway outside apartment, the light comes through to bedroom. We used eye mask. - the buzzer to get into the building for this apartment is used by others sometimes, as it opens the door automatically. The problem is that you can hear it in the apartment which can be quite annoying.

Cleanliness, location not too far from lake (5-10min), big terrasse (though we didn't use it), many towels, big bathroom (small shower though), elevator, VERY comfortable BED and good duvets (Extras in closet if needed).

The lift didn't work one day but that was not a problem but may have been if you struggle with stairs.

The location was very good and only a short walk from the shops, lake and restaurants. The apartment was well equipt and it was nice to sit ot on the balcony having breakfast or coffee. The host was very helpful with instructions on getting the keys and leaving information leaflets at the apartment. Very clean apartment would recommend.

Constant noise during the night due to the property being on one of the main roads leading into Arona. The mopeds were driving me crazy - I'm a light sleeper so I really struggled, the rest of my family was fine. The shutters and windows are old and single glazed therefore no noise or heat is kept outside. The property just retains the heat inside as it's on the 3rd floor. No aircon. The shower was a nightmare. It only takes 5 seconds to tighten the screw so the shower head won't fall back down when you place it in its holder. No shower cubicle, only a shower curtain around, the water went everywhere on the floor. The door handle kept coming off of the living room door, I didn't bother sticking it back after the 3rd time - screws were missing. You either use the boiler or the washing machine as there's only one socket in the bathroom (no hot water after a washing cycle) The apartment was let for 4 people but only 2 breakfast bowls were available, a few things missing anyway to make it a functional kitchen. There is virtually no space in the kitchen to prep food. Netflix only worked for the 1st day of our stay, the TV controller is temperamental too. The host never answered my message regarding and issue, it was a lady who was passing the messages on and answered. No idea why we were given the contact details of the host then. Oh also, they wanted to charge us city tax for 4 people when we were travelling with a 6 year old too. I paid for the 3 of us for 3 nights. No response. Then I found out at the next property that you don't pay city tax for children under 14 (but I still paid for our 8 year old!) - I'm not sure if the age changes from city to city too? I'm sorry for all the negative feedback but I expected so much more from this place.

It is spacious and parking was always available in front of the property. The elevator was very handy too. It's only a short walk away from the centre. We ate all our meals on the balcony which was also very spacious.

The apartment is right next to the main street and cars pass it every 1 minute. Sound insulation is bad making it difficult to sleep. Sofa bed was covered by a cloth but the leather was peeling off. Could not have a proper rest

When we got there, the apartment was not clean because they forgot to clean it. We tried to reach them by phone at least one hour but they didn't respond (this was around 9 PM). In the end, they offer us another place to sleep for the first night and we had to come back the next day. We spend a lot of time (from our vacation) travelling between the locations with our luggage. The apartment is near the street and it can get quite noisy.

Easy to access and the check in went really smooth.

I wish that shower cabin would be bit bigger.

Excellent place - on the Lago Maggiore. Spacioul and equiped for family and friends vacation. Has big balcony for warm parties. I was with my family in late November. Apartment has centralized heating, so no problem with night cold.. And by day weather was excellent for walk and trip. Internet was good for me. No problem with parking place (but remember, i wasn't in high season). Lidl is near- 5 min. Malpensa airport in 30minutes. Highly recommend.

There is no airco in the property. When we arrived at 10pm it was 32 degrees in the appartment and it was not possible to bring it below 30 throughout the night. It is located on a main street, so it is very noisy and the windows are not blocking any noise. The sofa bed in the living room is broken, makes the stay for more than 2 pax very uncomfortable. The shower is mini, very uncomfortable.
