No air-conditioning, only one ventilator, not enough electrical point

We are traveling with our dog and inquired about it through messages, receiving no response this time. To our surprise, the hotel charged us an additional 30€ for our pet, citing room sanitation, despite the room not being particularly clean beforehand. Additional charges applied to parking, air conditioning, and pool usage. When requesting the invoice, the receptionist was impolite, and ultimately, no invoice was provided. Despite leaving my email for the invoice, we received no response. Better and more affordable accommodations, especially for pet owners, can easily be found.

You can expect a room with linens and towels and there's a toilet.

No a/c, no hot water 5 days out of 9. No free parking, but you can park your car 4 min walking. Everything looks like came from the garbage yard, but cleaned and renewed. There is NO check in after 7 p.m. Period. They will charge you, but you sleep outside until they open check in the next morning. Pool and everything else fills like came from the horror movie.

Location, location, nothing more. Poor, old, but pretty clean. Price was the cheapest in Abano. We needed just a place to sleep, because we have a family there, so we are happy of our stay. We liked it because it got colder outside, otherwise you can die without a/c. Very nice stuff.

There was no a/c. They gave us a small fan. You had to pay to the pool too. So 40€ with breakfast(20€ for sswimming pool and 20€ for breakfast for 4 people). The hotel was not worth for its money. Very Disappointing!!

The breakfast was the only thing good. It had tea, juice, and toasts. You had to pay 5€ per person. Eventhough it says breakfast included in the price.

Usually I take pleasure of giving good reviews of my stays, but unfortunately this time I really can't. The overall experience was definitely unsatisfactory. The facilities are falling apart, the common areas look more like storage rooms, very noisy rooms (you can hear everything the neighbours are saying and doing, including the noise of the housekeepers in the corridors). We found a cockroach in the shower. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows pretty much useless. You can smell a mix of sigarette's smoke and various odours collected throughout the years in the corridors, probably absorbed by the carpet floor which was never changed, Finally, the view from our window of the "Belvedere Hotel" was a dump of what looked like an abandoned building next door.

Nothing good about this place please nothing totally bad no Ac no proper water or communication!

The area the hotel is zero I had to pay for swimming pool extra 40euro and find out that the pool water smell of chemicals and very bad for the breath couldn't swim any more waiste of money and time ZERO CARE ZERO AND ZERO .....

Everything. It was broken, boiling, filled with mosquitoes, sulfur smell, dirty, no screens on the windows and paper thin pillows. No microwave, fridge, coffee, ac unit but no remote and no ac.

Clean, only blankets, no thick quilts, the bathroom window cannot be closed. In this weather, I have to huddle up when sleeping at night.

Bed too short , I'm 173cm and feet were sticking out. Pillows about 1/2 inch thick , blanket was even shorter than the bed, bathroom ceiling crumbling. Understand it was cheap , but there's a limit to cheapness. Wouldn't stay there again if they torture me..

Wi-Fi is terrible or better to say no Wi-Fi at room. Beds are short and small.

Breakfast was OK. Cleanliness was Perfect and the best or the only serious thing about to mention. Otherwise is a "funny" Hotel, in a strange way. You can take it with a laugh or you can ruin your stay with all the elementary missing things.

Climate/ ac system didnt work, 2 portable fans made it little better but still was just like staying night in freshly heated up sauna. Uno momento= 1 hour later...

Hotel was modest and decayed. Pool was closed and also dirty so we would ’t never swim there. There was many middle aged working man staying in this hotel. And there was a bar next to hotel. So feeling was not nice. Rooms were really hot.

There was a fan in room. Room was clean. Nice reception guy.
