Air coditioning was very very loud and it was not really working as we expected.

Location was great, being close to everything. The breakfast was awesome with a lot of diversity. The staff was friendly and nice.

The phone to the front desk wasn’t working and the control the air conditioner. The first night we were too hot but too tired to go downstairs to talk to them the second night we froze!

It was in the heart of everything!easy walk to train and bus stations and breakfast was delicious.

The room had Air xonditioning that could not be stitched off So I froze all night The elevator was broken but that was just for the day

Location was excellent, very close to the train and bus station and also the water bus and water taxi's. Nice offerings for breakfast.

I could get any Wi-Fi signals in the room during my 2 nights of stay in the hotel. However, I observed that Wi-Fi works (connects) while I am near the reception desk / restaurant only. There is no lift in the hotel & the staircase is very steep. It is very cumbersome to lift heavy luggage from the ground floor to the 2nd floor (where my room was located).

I travelled to Venice in May 2023 and stayed at Hotel Belle Epoque for 2 nights. The hotel is located very close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station (3 mins walk) & Ferrovia Vaporetto (water bus stop) 2 mins walk. It is very convenient to walk from the hotel to the important monuments like St. Marks Square, Doges palace etc. There are several restaurants within few minutes of walk from the hotel. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, the room was very quiet at night.

There wasn't shelf in the shower, so it was very difficult to place soap, shampoo and etc.

Hotel is very close to the train station, breakfast was good. We had room with beautiful balcony with garden view, so we haven`t heard noise from the street (there is heavy tourist traffic).

Most of the Staff, were good with the exception of one that was on afternoon/night shit she was a bit rude and arrogant. Double bed made up of 2 singles and kept of falling into the centre, the room would've been better made up as 2single beds. A bit noisy especially at night from other guests etc Bathroom flushing cistern broken and have to reach up a bit high to manually flush (please fix it)

The carpet in the room was very stained. Everything seemed clean but the carpet needs to be replaced.

The staff were very accomodating and helpful. The breakfast looked superb but we had an early flight and had to pass. They prepared a "to go" bag for us!

Great location if you don't want to travel with big luggage on boats. close to Santa Lucia railway station. nearest boat station very busy, so you sometimes need 2-3 boats to get onboard. Quiet area, supermarket 20m from hotel. friendly staff.

Luggage storage was behind stairs and not secured. We ended up storing outnluggage in public lockers as train station fee was outrageous. No fan. Had to ask them to turn on AC.
