There are three flights of stairs to this top floor apartment, but even if you are unfit, they are manageable and worth it for the view. Your Booking.com reservation goes through to another party so be prepared for more communication with them.

This is a beautiful, stylish apartment. We loved the mezzanine level bathroom and the duplex level bedroom and the snug reading area under the stairs.. The kitchen is well equipped and the view over the Piazza della SS Anunziata (as seen in the movie A Room with A View) is wonderful.

Great location, you get a great view of the Duomo upon exiting the square this apartment is connected to. Accademia is literally behind the property. There was a music festival in the square when we visited so we got some free entertainment from our window. Very spacious location, comfortable sitting room.

The administration processes from the time of booking until arrival. Out of 11 properties that we booked for our 6 week Europe trip this property was an outlier with respect to its administration processes. We were not expecting to enjoy our stay because of this, but it turned out to be ok and we liked our stay in the property. The property greeter was lovely and very helpful.

The apartment is @ the third floor---only stairs. (we are tolerant but after a whole day walk it is very difficult to climb up😅)We can't do anything about it so it is not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing the stairs but if you are fit then go for it. The place needs more love and care some areas are abit dusty(we understand the big area to clean but some guest are very sensitive to dust wifey keeps sneezing during the whole stay). The first bedroom- there are quite a few mosquitoes at the back. We did not open the windows since we get there so they are there already(behind the closet--it is quite dark there--might benefit with mosqiuto spray for the whole house or dark areas). Nonetheless all is good. These are just some things that you can improve on.

Best location. It is near to alot of attractions. Near the market which is lovely! The place is so spacious! The house is soundproof. Wifi is fast. Basic amenities are there! Staff are very responsive Daniela and Tomasso was great! I hope you will maintain the apartment well. It is a diamond for anyone on holiday if the place will be well look after.😊 If we will be back in Florence then definitely this is the place!

The communication was great when they needed information from me but I could not get anyone to respond to me when trying to check in- after trying multiple times by phone, email and text.

We had 6 people in the reservation - coffee maker suitable for one cup at at time. This should be adjusted. There was no soap for the dishwasher - provide one or two tabs depending on the length of stay. I had a lot of emails requesting information about my arrival and we still had to wait for the fella- maybe a lockbox would be better?

we loved this place. the decor was fantastic and we had plenty of space to spread out. the location is excellent and we loved the plaza. it was close to duomo, but quiet and away from the crowds. great bakery and cafés nearby. loved the views.

Check in was strange. I was offered early check in, seemed nice, but there is a 10 euro fee for one hour early. When we checked in at the planned time the host was away checking someone else in at another location. We had to wait 45 mins to get in. Plus the host had another group waiting at a third location for the same time. Check-in also asked to take pictures of everything in the apartment to document any potential damage. Seemed excessive and a bit off putting to make sure we don’t damage anything.

Location cannot be beat. It is close to everything The piazza is a landmark. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Two bathrooms and laundry! Great for a family of four.

Everything went well even with getting used to climbing the three floors of staircase. The place is perfect for a relaxed time while enjoying Florence's Artimosphere and its varied gastronomy.

From a third floor apartment in Santissima Annunziata the view is absolutely beautiful. The fully equipped kitchen added an Italian touch with a little coffee maker. Delicious. Internet also worked very well allowing family video calls.

Great location in the heart of Florence. It was more than spacious with every facility we could think of. The bath was very nice, the view was amazing and the living area was really big with comfortable couches. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Definitely one of, if not the best appartement we've been too. The communication was good too.

There are three long steep flights of stairs to the apartment which could be very difficult for those with mobility difficulties to climb.

Very good centrally located apartment in a beautiful piazza with spacious open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge area and quiet during the night hours. Facilities very good and lovely views of the countryside in the distance from the windows.

Great location. Very close to the center. The house is beautiful. But we had problems on the first day we arrived. One of the bathrooms in the house is in the attic, which is very strange in design. There was a beam in the room, which had to be bent over every time, and on the beam was a large mirror, which was not properly fastened at all. Fell on my shoulder as we were going through the measurements... The glass pricked my shoulder! I reached out to the owner. No response. I contacted again two days later. The reply was that they would investigate and told me to wait. No one responded until we left in six days later. I have to contact them again . And they asked me the picture about what happened when the mirror fell down on my shoulder ,Who takes pictures and videos of themselves when they get hit? I told them what happened, and they said I touched the mirror, so it's not their business. Very funny! I need to give them a 0 for service. Do not return my deposit, do not reply to the message!

Communication with the host was very difficult and slow. We still have unanswered questions that we sent the host during the stay. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was low.
