Our room was a great size but one couple of our group had a very very small room.

The hotel and room were very clean and well kept. The room was well lit and had lots of storage, with useful shelves around the room, including beside the large desk. The ensuite bathroom was a good size and well laid out with a large mirror, with shelves for toileteries etc. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a good location between the historic, centre of the town and the ski lifts. It is only about 10 minutes, once in the cable car, to the initial slopes of Passo del Tonale.

There is no evening meal available but there are numerous restaurants (or even takeaways) nearby that make up for it.

The location of this hotel is superb, five minutes walk and you are at the gondola station collecting your skis and boots from the hotel’s heated ski lockers, or five minutes in the other direction and you are in Ponte di Legno’s quaint centre. Breakfast is the usual buffet with everything you would expect from an Italian breakfast and some very nice cakes. Staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. Really good parking available at the hotel with secure access and no charge. Banks, shops, bars, restaurants all within 1 or 2 mins walk.

The only thing was creaky bunk beds. The room was a little small for 4 of us. Also a shame there was no restaurant on site

The staff were lovely and very helpful, recommending restaurants and where to find things.The breakfast was amazing, delicious cakes, pastries, cheeses, meats, breads. There was a lovely living room to chill out in and play cards or watch tv.The location was right in the middle of the town. The hotel has ski lockers right next to the slopes which was so convenient and really made things easy.

Great central location in the town. A stroll from bars and restaurants. Big breakfast with every kind of breakfast food you could want. This is important when on a cycling tour.

Location of the hotel is excellent, it is very close to the lovely historical centre of Ponte Di Legno in one direction, and in the other direction, a couple of hundred meters away are the lift for Ponte Di Legno ski area and the cable car up to Passo Tonale. There are a number of ski hire shops on the way ( Would recommend Ski Lab which is an excellent set up for skis/boots etc) and a couple of bars on the way back to the hotel after skiing if you want some Apres Ski, Hotel breakfast is an excellent continental breakfast with one of the best coffee machines I have come across.

the Wi-Fi at the room was not strong and the rooms are a bit small.

this is an old fashion hotel, cozy with a lot of character. it is located close to the city centre and to the gondolas to take you to the slopes. the owner/manager and stuff are very kind and always greet with a smile and gave us a really good feeling. it has good selection of cheese at the breakfast and willing to provide additional foods at our selection. we really enjoyed staying here and would recommend this hotel if you want to ski and be close to an Italian old town rather then close to the slopes at the Passo Tonale.

No restaurant inside the hotel albeit the breakfast is excellent and service impeccable; Would be great to have the option to also dine inside the hotel or have a small snack. Parking is additional to the price displayed (10euros per night) in booking.com site.

Location is central and close to restaurants and shop. Everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is so welcoming and kind. There is small play area inside at the first floor that the kids enjoyed playing.

This hotel was in a great location with secure parking for motorcycles. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Would 100% reccomend.

A bit too hot in the room but with the window open it was good enough BUT the worst 3 things are: 1. Parking is for free ONLY if you reserve direct and NOT VIA BOOKING (absurd) 2. 10€ for parking per night (absurd 2) 3. 10€ for depositing the ski (absurd 3)

The rules for hotels in Italy are different than in the US. Our daughter was staying with friends in Ponte di Legno and met up with us the morning we were leaving. She entered the hotel and came to our room as we were packing to leave. My wife received a stern lecture from the hotel manager that this was unacceptable. The manager was very upset. We didn't mean any harm and we were not intentionally breaking any rules. We paid for the cappuccino our daughter had and left with a bad feeling. This is not how it works in the US and we are sorry we didn't know this rule.

It is in the heart of Ponte di Legno. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.
