Location was great. We went to city center on foot, it's only 1,5 km fromproperty. We were there with two children 6 and 4 year old and even they walked this without problem. In front of the house there is good public parking. We stayed parked there from 14:00 to 14:00 next day without paying, there wasn't ticket or any problems. There is joint kitchen where you can drink coffe or tea. It's clean. We had shared bathroom, it wqs pretty good and clean.

Difficulty getting in, no staff presence during my stay. No surfaces to put things on, no clothes hooks to hang a wet coat. Shower hot and cold back to front, toilet located under low sloping eves roof (hit my head a few times).Finding key holes in the dark was tricky.

Good location between the city center and Verona Porta Nuova train and bus station - you can get eveywhere just by walking. Confortable bed, nice clean room, people who worked there were super nice and were always available.

It is next to railway line, so there is noise from trains. Also from other rooms (plumbing, especially). Coming on foot from railway station, Google instructions were a disaster. Better to ring and ask for instructions ...

Owner was belittling as we made a mistake. She owns two B&Bs on the street with exactly same names hence confusion(It was night time when we arrived, also access codes are also the same for the doors.)

Host gave some great recommendations for a aperitivo and restaurants, and the room was in a quiet location - 10mins walk from the station and 15mins walk from town

Just be aware room 2 is very close to the rail line. There are early morning trains being manoeuvred close by. It didn’t stop me from sleeping though. Just be aware when booking.

There was a slighltly strange smell of the air condition but it didn't bother me.

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great. I only stayed for one night and the location was suitable for my needs: close to the train station and you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by foot. I could even stay longer in my room as my train was running late. The room and the bathroom were clean. It was very hot during my stay. Fortunately, the air conditioning worked well and saved me.

The only downside I can point is the noise coming from trains passing behind the building. Luckily they were not running from 0:00 to 6:00 during the night of our stay.

Great location, just 10 min walk from Arena di Verona. Reasonable price. The room was air-conditioned, which was great for this time of the year. Free parking on the street in front of the premises, if there is a spot available.

The only issue I think was how thin the walls were. We had a lovely couple in the room next to us but they had a very distressed baby boy, who through no fault of their own, kept us quite awake throughout the night. You could also hear the room next us when they got in, as the locking and unlocking of doors was quite loud.

The whole place is very cute and wholesome. The hosts and the other guests felt very familiar and were very lovely. The hosts even took my friends very heavy bag from up the stairs without us having to ask. The breakfast was great and everything was kept extremely clean and tidy

Nothing, apart from it is 15 min walk from the Arena / centre, so as a solo traveller would be good to plan your route back at night in advance.

The room was beautiful, and so we’re the courtyards spaces. The owner was so lovely and accommodating! would defo recommend.

The building is right in front of the railway so you can see and hear the trains all night long. Didn't bother me much especially with the closed window (though my dog reacted the first night) but if you can sleep only in complete silence better consider other options.

The air conditioner didn't work well. Our room was very hot. The location is quite close to the railway station and the city center, but you need to walk through an area with big highways.

It was quieter during the night than I had anticipated. This is due to the excellent sound insulation of the windows. I was also able to park my bike inside the small but protected porch.

Communication and signage on the B&B. The location was great for sights in Verona.

Our fight was delayed so we arrived around midnight. We were given the codes to get in and the room which was assigned to us. In short, the communication was off and we were sent to the wrong room so I had to share a bed with my two children when I had booked a triple room with three beds. I did contact the owners the next day and was told I went to the wrong block (This was not communicated) and wrong room (I went to the one I was told). My advice to Magnolia would be improve the signage and communication. I was looking forward to spending time here but was disappointed.

In night it was very hot, the air conditioning was not working very well and it was loud so we needed to turn it off.

We like it that Verona Center was close -10min walk. In room we had everything that we needed.
