Excellent location, close to the railwaz and bus stations, 2 corners from the Grand Canal. The room was comfortable and clean. Daniell is a very nice host, who gorgeous breakfast.

A great location, 10 minutes away from the train station, 5 minutes away from Aldi, lots of shops and cafes nearby. Very nice breakfast - both sweet and savoury options, ham, cheese, fruits, berries, bread, croissants, yogurts. Good wifi, comfy beds. Very nice at home kind of feeling.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

I had a excellent stay at Bed and Breakfast al Cucherle. The room was close to the train station and easy to get to. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable and there were lots of electrical outlets in the room. The washroom was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. All in all a great experience and I would stay there again.

Would have been even better if the rooms had been en suite, but I knew this wasn't going to the the case when booking - and the showering facilities were impressive.

Good breakfast spread including croissants and pancakes with home-made marmalades, fresh fruits, and excellent coffee. Friendly, welcoming landlady, who wasn't phased by my arriving after midnight due to plan delay. Located five minutes walk from harbour front, and near major piazza, tourist places, and restaurants/cafes/pubs.

There is not a note that the room is on the third (European) floor and no lift. For those with limited mobility best to locate another facility. Only two bathrooms to share for several guests. While for me not an issue but for others it may be. Parking is available on the street but hard to come by; especially if you have larger vehicles. There is parking less than 1km from the B&B where you can park. After 2000 spaces become available and you can move your vehicle. Parking is free 2000 to 0800.

Breakfast was good. Location was near the canal and many other spots to see.

The lady was very friendly and kind. Everything was perfectly clean, bathrooms were excelent, breakfast was great. Good location in the centre of the town, parking is 200m away (15€/24h).

The Owner was very kind, smiling and friendly. She made us a wonderfull breakfast 1/2 hour early as we had to lave early at our bikes. The bikes were safely stored at the staircase entrance in the old building that couldn't be more centrally located in Trieste. The flat on third floor and room was furniced with old furniture and it gave a very cousy atmoshere. Of course everything including the two shared bathrooms was clean.. Would definately stay longer if we had to stay.

Be prepared to carry your luggage 3 floors on stairs (75 steps). The paid parking (from 8 to 20) is available on the nearby streets,on the blue line. It is a very busy area but not impossible to find a place.
