We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The location is really great (close to many attractions yet in a charming side street), but be warned: there is a restaurant with many tables outside just below the rooms and usually it's full of really loud guests till at least midnight.

Amazing location in the center of Palermo. Very big room. Very quite in the room even there are few restaurants around. Because of the COVID, we need to go to the nearest cafe for breakfast. We get coffee, fresh juice and one pastry. Actually it was nice to eat outside. :) Staff were nice and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was bigger than expected with tall ceilings and very clean. The location of BB22 is perfect! So close to many restaurants, night life, and sites, yet the room was very private and quiet. We would book here again!

AustraliaI would suggest that they use fresh milk instead of that awful UHT milk to make the cappuccini for breakfast. it makes such a difference to the taste. Also a free water per day would be welcome at this price point. unfortunately I booked two rooms and despite having to cancel one of the rooms more than a few days before arrival because of a medical emergency, I was still charged for the first night. no other accomm charged us, all others were very understanding, so this was a little disappointing.

United KingdomThe fridge in the room was not cold, so the drinks provided were a nice idea but not cold. The room we chose was a bit small for 2 people. The breakfast was not very plentiful. Felt like staff were watching closely to see how much we were eating. I don't think breakfast in Sicily is generally a big thing, more of a snack.
The staff are very friendly. They accommodated our booking at very short notice. They provide complimentary drinks in a fridge in your room.

GermanyThis place is highly recommended by Condé Nast Traveller but I thought it didn’t live up to expectations. Our room was very bland/nothing special, the breakfast was non-existent, and “free parking nearby” but you have to pay anyway. The breakfast isn’t worth it- not served onsite but rather at a small bar in the area, with unfriendly staff and only sub-par croissants and coffee.
