The information provided about the air conditioning was inaccurate. It didn't work, and our room, which faced the sun, was extremely hot. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and made no effort to resolve the issue. It wasn't until the next day, as we were leaving, that the receptionist mentioned she had called a technician.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. It's conveniently located near the metro, is clean, and has all the necessary amenities.

We were unaware of a cleaning fee that you had to pay on top of the city tax. This is not advertised on the property through booking.com. For a 6 night stay we had to pay an additional €15 for cleaning which really only included new towels and a made bed every second day.

Our room was large and clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable thing we’ve slept on throughout our travels in Europe so far. Kitchen was well equipped with stovetop, kettle and dishwasher, albeit no microwave or oven. Location was a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which can get you to the city centre in 20 minutes.

There was not much to dislike, however kitchen/tea towels would be useful! We also struggled without access to a proper coffee machine! The traffic noise at times was very loud, even late at night, although I do accept Milan is a very busy city.

Superb value - what a find! So convenient for getting to the centre of Milan without paying sky-high prices Staff - everyone who worked there was friendly, however the lady on reception on the 8th of May for check in was an absolute star! So helpful, friendly and always polite. Thank you! The apartment was great, being exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was a nice bonus. The whole apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and felt well cared for.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but easily accessible by public transport. The staff could be a little friendlier.

The apartment was clean, very big and fully equipped. It is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. We would gladly come back.

No proper shower, just a handheld shower to use in the bath. Shutters didn't work. Quite a distance from the centre, but close to a metro station. However the metro system is very unsafe, had my purse stolen and witnessed an elderly woman being mugged in the space of 2 days on the metro. No staff in stations, gangs just jumping over barriers and robbing people on the trains/platforms. Would never return to Milan for that reason. Travelled to many places and never experienced anything like I did here, felt very unsafe and was glad to go home.

There are no mirrors anywhere except 1 in the bathroom. The receptionist upon arrival was not welcolming at all and took ages to check us in and gave us very short replies. Just felt like she didnt want to be there.

There were some things that could be better though. I could not figure out how to turn off the heating. I followed instructions from the staff and turned off all radiators but they kept heating the room. As a result, I had to keep the windows open but that meant hearing everything that was happening on the street outside, which was very noisy throughout the night. It would have also been great to have some tea or coffee in the room that I could make myself, which is offered by many hotels.

It has a great location that easily connects to the center of the city. The hotel's location itself has great restaurants and grocery shops at a very short walking distance. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions and providing assistance. They helped arrange an airport taxi, helped me understand the local public transport strikes, and offered assistance anytime during the day through Whatsapp. The room itself was very spacious and had everything that I could need. The bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. The WiFi internet was also stable and fast.

Noise from apartment above ours for last 2 night's of our stay late at night, spoke to reception but because they leave at 9pm and don't arrive until next morning the group responsible in the room had left to go out for the day ! Struggled to get to sleep which is not good when your spending the day walking around milan with students. Also the apartment would be nice if it had a few pictures on the walls and not just plain white 🙂. Tried to have a bath but couldn't get the plug to stay down. Asked for more rubbish bags as there was 6 of us in the room but reception didn't have any so had to use carrier bags.

Our staying was perfect. The building is located in a really nice area, with restaurants, markets and metro station close. It was clean and the staff was nice with us. We stayed as a group of 12, in two apartments. They gave us apartments on the same floor. They really made our vacation better. If I will ever be back in Milano, they will be my first choice.

The location wax away from Milan city and not in close proximity of the train station, metro or tram line. Will recommend only if using uber, taxi or self-drive cars and not conveniently located to public transport.

The property was huge (65m2) with a large lounge cum dinner room. Both the lounge room & bedroom had attached balconies. We were a couple who booked the fully equipped service apartment abut a fairly decent stay for a family of 4.

Noise from the garage door.

The aparthotel is very comfortable. The two bedroom apartment is really big. It is very clean and the heating system is working very good. There are parking spaces around so it is good if you're with car. Near to the metro station, with some resturants and shop around. Check in/out is super easy and there is a reception desc ready to help you if you need anything. I really like the apartment.
