Air conditioning wasn’t working. Staff explained it’s a law that it can only work during summer. We requested fans if possible and they were in our room that afternoon.

Absolutely exceptional apartment. Large, clean and modern. Has everything you need. Was in a safe residential area but still only 20 minute walk into centre of Florence. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff upon check in or through messaging could have been friendlier. Not all towels had been replenished when housekeeping came, we were short a full body towel until the next time they came. The mattress is not very comfortable.

Overall the property looked clean and the apartment layout made it convenient for a group. We appreciated the slippers, robes and soaps that were provided.

10 out of 10. Super large space compare to the downtown hotels. And so chic and comfortable, look exactly the same with booking com pictures. We love our separate rooms and a big living room we can enjoy quality time together.

That when we arrived no one was there to greet us and the apartment although it was end of summer it was quite cool and when I am cold it makes me ill. I had to ask for the heating to be turned on which seemed to be a problem.

No breakfast or food was supplied and as we arrived quite late we had to go out to the supermarket for essentials.

Only thing missing, in our humble opinion, was access to laundry facilities, within the building. We would like to have had an opportunity to do our own (we never found a public option that was open).

The location was excellent - close enough to the attractions to easily walk to, but away from the noise of the restaurants and bars in the evenings. The apartment was spacious and nicely laid out, with most of the equipment needed to enjoy our breakfasts in … rest of meals were taken out.

Aside from the bedroom we felt the apartment was lacking in natural light.

Huge apartment! Very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and there was a comfortable sofa where we could watch TV. It was about 25 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Make sure if you are arriving outside reception hours that you get a code for the front door and your apartment . Make sure they know if you’re going to be late. Also the keypad for front door is right beside the door. There was an old keypad that gave us grief as it doesn’t work and we were fretting. It’s a little one that you use.

This apartment was huge with an outdoor seating area and a small balcony. Perfect if like me you love a little outdoor space and a lot of indoor space. Similar pricing to a hotel room but much better value for money.

The only thing was the parking, there is at the location but it looks not safe and it is a little expensive There is a near parking 7 mins walking safe and cheap
