Only one restaurant for dinner. 2nd option was a food truck only available at weekends. Only one small bar available for the drinks/apperitivo evenings with no view. Gorgeous bar with stunning views always closed. Lots of guests v disappointed that one could not use it and enjoy it.

Drinks were abit over priced by afew euros each , furniture in room was abit dated , TV abit small , and shower could of been bigger maybe .

Very hilly which made it a little difficult for older people, however, the excellent service with the mini electric car was great.

The beach was superb. The staff were excellent. The ambience was fabulous.

The "Street food" restaurant food and service. We were forgotten about.

There could have been one other option for the evening meal in between the more formal restaurant and the apulian food truck

Beach was lovely, good water sport facilities; there could have been a little more variety of food for the children but overall good. Breakfast was great and our children particularly liked it. One other option for evening meals other than the appliance food truck and then the main more formal restaurant would have been a bonus. Location was great but you do need a car or opportunity to take a taxi. We did explore mattinata and Vieste which was great. Finally the Apulian festival event was perfect

The fine dining restaurant appeared to have to work too hard. Ie there were a lot of guests wanting to use it, and some dishes seemed too prepared. I think they need a more casual venue (pizza etc) that can take a bigger number. The food we chose on other nights at the same restaurant was fine. Local restaurant choices are not great unfortunately.

Location, beach access and particularly the service - which was professional but also promptly responsive to all requests. In particular, laundry was always returned within a few hours on the day.

The foam materas on the bed, in room 58 very uncomfortable. The poor materas does not match the standard of the hotel. we did not sleep well

There was practically no WiFi access in our room (it ranged from very weak to non-existent). The cell phone signal was mostly also too weak for browsing. Other than the perfectly fine and luxurious breakfast, food is very expensive and comes in small portions. The food truck in the garden seems like a good idea for a light dinner, but I could buy a focaccia of the same quality for a third of the price and 3 times in size in any bakery elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find a nearby trattoria instead. :)

Amazing location above one of the most beautiful bays of the Gargano Peninsula. All guests get their own umbrella and sunbeds on one of two private beaches, both of which are equally clean, beautiful and accessible by elevator. We also liked the pool area which remained less busy and nicely quiet on most days. All members of the staff were always kind and helpful. They were present everywhere, looking after the guests' every need. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast was suberb with a huge selection.

The internet only worked at the reception and beach and not in our room. No other complaints as the resort is outstanding!

I've never been to a place on the mountains with an elevator that takes you down to the beach. The resort is outstanding. A little dated but you are really never in your room. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. I didn't realize this when i booked but we had the basic room and breakfast was not included but wasn't a huge deal as you can let them know in the am what you would like for breakfast and charge it to the room. Each morning as part of your room, you get 2 sunchairs and an umbrella and access to their kayaks and SUPs. You can also spend time at the pool which is lovely, filled with more kids though. Each week the resort has an itinerary so we had DJ and drinks by the pool Saturday late afternoon. It's all worth it for the view and the beach. The staff were lovely and attentive and the whole vibe was perfect for a summer vacation!
