The beach was excellent and it’s location in relation to San Theodoro is great if you hire a car. The staff are helpful and management listens when things go wrong.

The high prices of drinks at the bar were a drawback. Despite the delightful "surprise" snacks that accompanied them, the price discouraged us from ordering more and relaxing in that area more than we did.

Our stay at Baglioni was fantastic, highlighted by an exceptional breakfast spread that catered to all tastes and the unbeatable location right on the beach. The staff's impeccable 5-star service truly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcomed and pampered. For example, one night we were craving pizza and Francesco gave us a recommendation for a great local place that delivered directly to the hotel. All it took was a call to the front desk and they arranged it for us -- they really went above and beyond! Lastly, we need to give a special shout-out to Loredana, the head of the waitstaff -- her positive energy and attentiveness made us feel very cared for and enhanced our stay dramatically.

Great location next to two wonderful beaches. It was an easy drive into San Teodoro from the resort. Gusto, the restaurant on property ended up being a wonderful dining experience. The bar for sunset adjacent to the pool and restaurant as well as the well manicured grounds were also lovely. My only regret is not staying at this property longer. This resort was a great kickoff to our trip in Sardinia.

+not really to do with the hotel but because we went in October (first weekend) the bar and restaurant on the beach (lu impostu) were closed which was a shame as there wasn’t anything available on the beach. (You can order from the hotel but at 20/30 Euros a focaccia it’s a tad pricey!!) + the Michelin star restaurant on the hotel had closed for the season. This was disappointing. If the hotel is open then you’d expect the star restaurant to be open. + the hotel prices for bar food were extortionate. For restaurants I understand but for focaccias/pain is it was too over priced for nothing out of the ordinary.

+ we were upgraded to a garden suite (honeymoon) which was gorgeous, with amazing sunrises and sea view. + the hotel is superbly placed for the beautiful lu impostu beach with its own wooden walkway through the lagoon. Idyllic. The beach is beautiful with its white sand and clear sea. The hotel has its own sunbed and parasol area for guests with super friendly staff + the outside areas of the hotel are pretty, green and well kept. A great pool area with beds to relax on and superb Campari Spritz. + breakfast was great. Lots of options and quick, friendly service. + close to San Teodoro to visit. A pretty little town with several good restaurants to choose from and interesting outdoor markets + you can walk from the hotel to another gorgeous beach Cala Brandichi, which has a great boat hire place (private/tours/kayaks + the hotel staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful

Would have liked some drink/food service at the beach as this did not appear to be something offered although it may have been just not visible at all during our stay.

The whole experience was phenomenal. We arrived in a hire Fiat Panda to a car park of supercars but were not made to feel any less. We were welcomed with the most incredible warmth in particular Francisco and the general manager who remembered us throughout our time making a conscious effort to approach us asking how we are enjoying our honeymoon with them. The food was delicious, the grounds are incredible and every single staff member goes above and beyond from the second you step in to their grounds. After travelling Italy for our honeymoon, this is by far the best spot. We are looking forward to coming back next year to celebrate our anniversary - we hope to come back yearly as a tradition.

The staff were all very nice. Roman was both helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast selection fine but some hot food not so hot. They did provide fresh fried eggs on request.

The service needs some work. The staff are willing but when you have to ask for something 3 times and then it comes out wrong and slow; it’s just not up to 5-star. The breakfast service was just a joke in this regard. I get they’re relatively new but someone needs to train these people better. Nice people but a bit all over the place.

Great location. Most beautiful beach. Staff super helpful. Lovely breakfast and option of sitting outside with sea view. Rooms very comfortable. Traveled with children so needed to use the sofa bed which was very comfortable. There’s a shuttle service to take you down to the Marina for a small charge. Very spacious hotel.

The food served for lunch and diner at the Ruia is a bit underwhelming and inconsistent. A lot of focus is put on presentation, less on taste. A bit disappointing for an Italian resort. The Michelin-starred restaurant Gusto on the contrary is worth giving a try.
