The room was quite cold. I would prefer heaters to be in the room for more warmth. I am from Africa, so the weather was quite intense for me.

I loved the location; it was accessible and I could easily navigate to my destination. I loved the staff, they were receptive, accomodative, approachable and ready to help 100%. The breakfast was epic.

A few things broken , still working but simple to fix like unit to flush toilet, light switches etc. The door with the code in the corridor is noisy but depends on how reasonable other clientele are. Shower unit is old but functional.

Price and location. Staff very helpful. Good value for the price. Breakfast is good, again needs to be put in perspective of price. I paid 75 euro the night when others hotels wanted 200.

Messaging was a tiny bit slow at times when I had questions. Check in was confusing- just in terms of how to get a hold of staff. But once I got in contact, they were fast to get me a room. Hard to find the hotel initially though, signage was small and hard to locate. Better instructions in the book app/messaging from the hotel about how to locate the hotel/rooms would have been appreciated.

Great location, in the city center. It was very clean and modern and the staff were friendly and made great cappuccinos at breakfast.

Shower was powerful but cramped and dated. No mechanism to raise sink plug once down.

Active ZTL zone will not let you park your car close to the apt. I realized it once I got to the place and it was a problem for me with a number of big suitcases which could not be left in the car overnight. In case of not regular needs like mine early departure or late arrival, it is better to call them much earlier because the phone number is not always answered.

AC was not in one of the bedrooms. ( though it will be in the future) . Shower was a bit small.

Breakfast was a bit of a lottery. One morning there was no butter, the guy just said it had ‘finished’. Some mornings there would be juice, some not. Twice we had no cutlery.

They need to do little improvements to make the apartment more confortable: the shower head leaks, the toilet seat wiggles, the beds are too hard for a Bed and Breakfast and they need to add a table to the room.

The personnel was super friendly and very helpful, they even cleaned, which we did not expect. They deserve the highest mark. The breakfast was also very nutricious and the coffee was the best we ever had, period :). The town is also very safe and lively, just pay attention to the last train at 9:50.

the bathroom in room 5 is quite small and may be difficult for those who are not so agile. l understand other rooms may be mor accessible. You only need to ask the question.

the staff communicated with us immediately after booking with all details about entering after hours. During our stay the staff we available and very friendly. The breakfast was very abundant with cooked food.

no soundproofing so you can hear everything from other flats/outside. noisy bathroom fan. kitchen is not very well-equipped - no cutlery! lot of noise from outside in the morning - there is a school next door
