Easily accessible and close to the main road. Room was very comfortable with large bathroom having his and hera sink. Pool area was quite clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. Property has a large, closed parking. Lovely hosts too! Will definitely visit again 🙂

A little old air conditioning and, unfortunately, did not always manage to cool the room well for the night (but these were very hot days). And another small thing - in the kitchen could have been a few extra accessories ie a frying pan, a small coffee maker.

Alessandro and his wife very friendly, nice swimming pool, very good breakfasts, terrace kitchen, large parking. Good base for exploring the southeastern part of Sicily by car.

The only thing I preferred to avoid, were the spiral stairs.

room size smaller than expected. no way as stated at 25m2 on booking.com. You know what... it didn't bother us. we enjoyed outdoors too much and stayed for sleep only

Absolutely nothing.

Everything - cannot fault anything. The breakfast was exceptional, Alessandro was extremely helpful and ensured we were always taken care of. The room was well equipped with a private patio and the pool area was calm and relaxing.

An oasis in the vicinity of Syracuse. Great starting point for trips around Sicily south-east. Although the host doesn't speak English (only Italian and French), we managed to communicate just fine (we know little French and little Italian). Breakfasts were really big and served by the pool. The facility itself has an artistic touch and you feel like in private home and not in the apartment. Will return if have a chance.

Beautiful house on the edge of town. In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 14 km from Syracuse, it takes 15-20 min to get to the city center. Big, deep and comfortable pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. The host - Alessandro is a very nice and calm person. We could count on him with any requests. Breakfasts were tasty and filling. We had a great time there! I can absolutely recommend it! Thanks a lot ☺️

The room was great, but the bed needs an upgrade. The town of cassibile is really a place you can skip, but this B&B is a nice place from where you can visit the south east of Sicily

Great staff and great breakfast. Too much breakfast but they offered a bag so we could take it for lunch.

The staff couldn’t speak English, the house was so loud, we almost couldn’t check in as they wanted us there at a specific time but didn’t say that to us before the day. The pillows weren’t great and no power points near the beds.

The pool looked nice. The breakfast was nice.
