I had problems with the draining of the shower. They changed my room, the second time it happened, but i bad to wait till 10.30 when they were supposed to be there al 8.30. I lost a reservation that day. And they Charged me 10 euros extra for arriving at 6pm, i didnt charged them 10 euros extra for not being there al the time they were supposed to. 😑😑😑

The location was perfect, in the historical area of Naples, amongst all the major churches, restaurants, the famous Sorbillo pizza restaurants and one of my favourite finds Toto' Peppino l' Oro di Napoli Restorante, a family owned restaurant with delicious food and amazing, friendly staff. Fiorella from the B&B was fantastic and contributed allot to our experience in Naples, from the amazing restaurant recommendations, transportation to the sights we visited, she went over an above and we could not be more happier with the assistance received. Where we stayed the streets were decorated in blue and white, Naples flag colours and the local football team everyone, there was a joyous and happy feeling in the air. We soon release this was due to the local team winning their league. It was fantastic to have experience this along with the locals and to be staying a stone throw away from it all was just perfect timing. I cannot stress how amazing the location is to everything, the host gave more than we were expecting and the room was large with very high ceiling and I loved that the room had a balcony.. it gave it another depth to be able to people watch, with a cup of coffee taking in the sights and sounds before starting or day or relaxing after a day of adventure from visiting Capri, Amalfi, Serrento etc . I would highly recommend the B&B and I cannot wait to go back :)

If you're checking in outside of the regular times, be sure to coordinate ahead of time as there is no reception or front desk. Also the location was a bit hard to find as there is no exterior sign. It is located at an unmarked brown door to the right of a restaurant called, Il Figlio del Presidente. Fortunately the hosts were reachable by phone and very welcoming and able to accommodate, which was much appreciated!

Room was slightly nicer than expected and decently clean. Good value compared to other places in the area. Great location in a main touristic area, and 10-minute walk to the subway station. All the hosts were very kind and welcoming.

Just a couple minor things - having even a small fridge in the flat would be great, shower needs unclogging (but it wasn't bad, just a little clogging). Be aware that a window at "inne courtyard" is just a window on a narrow well-like space between 4 walls.

Everything else - location in the heart of the historic centre of the city is great. Room itself is nice, has air conditioning, tv (we didn't use it but it's there if anything needs it), comfortable beds. It's cleaned every 2 days and fresh towels are provided if you want it. But most importantly the staff is great - big thanks to Fiorella, who was always available when we needed to ask something. She also took immediate action when it turned out that an air conditioning unit outside was leaking and the water was dripping on window sill from considerable height & making terrible noise in the night preventing us from sleeping. She fixed it straight away the next day.

we had to wait 2 hours to be in our room after having travelled because it hadn't been cleaned yet even if it was marked as clean by the time we would be there.

Location was good. AC was a plus and noise was minimum even though we had a balcony on a busy road.

There is no Parking near the Hotel All rooms are located in a building that has other commercial activities. The rooms are located on the second floor and to access them it is necessary to cross the first floor to access a staircase or an elevator. The first floor was very dirty.

The shower leaked badly and we had to block the shower door with towels, then wring out the towels and start again. The owner was not available, although she responded via SMS, but clearly nobody was overseeing the rooms and once the front door was left open, although there were signs that the unit had been broken into. Generally speaking, there was no clear presence at all. Also the rooml was very noisy and the air conditioner did not work so we had to keep the window open.

The first young man who greeted us was friendly and accommodating; the second was distinctly less so. The decor of the room was tasteful, and the room was relatively spacious (high ceilings).
