Sound isolation was not good.

The room was big enough for 3 people and was very clean. It’s cleaned everyday. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the public transportation.

Very close to the streets and the walls were thin so very noisy at night. The hot water only lasted about 4 min for the first shower and my husband had to shower in the cold next so each day we had to take very quick showers.

Not enough dishes in the kitchen for cooking, no tea, only coffee

The hostel is very clean, some of the furniture is not new, for example, sink in the kitchen or windows aren't plastic, but the rest is nice. The location is fine, close to Vatican, not far from centro storico. You can walk or go by bus. There are busses till late at night. I would definitely recommend B&B Roma

The only inconvenient was a weird smell like to gas or cooking in the shared area. But it was only for one day.

The location it's very well connected to public transport and easy to get from Roma Centro. The host was always very helpful, and fast responsive. Viola provided very accurate and clear information about how to get to the place and check in. We were amazed by the level of cleaning performed in this place before checking in and during our stay. The staff was very nice and supportive. Totally recommended and we'll consider it to get back

The room is far from the citycentre, you can easily reach everything with bus or metro but far away as walk. The room is really noisiy if you try to sleep with open windows (but its totally OK when you close the windows and use air conditioner)

Our room was large, comfy, and clean. the balcony is large and comfy. Metro is available after a 10 min walk and Bus stop is near the apartement, as well as small shops. There are tons of small local restaurants nearby. The 0-24 checkin logic and keyless entrance logic is perfect, and the host is really friendly and helpful. There is also coffee as a gift! :) The bed is comfy and the air conditioner is working well. The shared rooms (kitchen) is clean and well equipped.

The room was quite noisy even with closed windows as the room is just right next to the main road and the vehicles and pretty loud.

The staff was super helpful and kind! It was easy to reach them by Whatsapp and get all the information we needed plus they were super kind to arrange a taxi as well for the early morning trip back to the airport. Room is perfect size, big bathroom, balcony, well equipped and comfy bed. It was clean and there is a daily cleaning service so you can have a fresh towel every day as you were in a hotel. You can have a free coffee from the kitchen which is a communal room. There is a 24/7 bar/tabaqueria/pasticceria 5min walk from the building where you can have a midnight snack with a drink if you feel so for a fair price. Easy to get back home from the city center with night buses and the Vatican is in walking distance.

It was quite cold in the room as the balcony doors are near the bed.

Kitchen facilities were perfect which meant we could cook more. Free coffee pods every time they clean your room.

It's just a small thing was nt enough coat hangers in wardrobe , but where ever you go there never is .

The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in.

We stayed for 4 nights in December. The central heating was not turned on, so we had to keep the ac on during the night. The apartment is located on a high traffic street, so at night gets a bit noisy.

Good location, bus and metro station are accesible. There is a kitchen you can use.

Its not a B&B as described in advert. Just 2 pods of coffee per day. Very sparse kitchen cutlery and crockery, pots & pans. No oven. The Advert sates coffees and tea and pastries throughout the day. The is non existant.!!!

Ultra clean, room made up exceptionally well. Air-conditioning works well. Room spaceous light and quiet. Receptionist and cleaner very friendly and helpful. Everything on the whole was very good.

The door to the B&B apartment was locked with pin which didnt work one evening, the manager was quick to fix the issue though.

Stuff really helpful. Check in was possible at 12oclock. Everything was clean and nice looking.
