Excellent breakfast, very pleasant view from my room onto a garden, and super quiet so I was able to get a very good night's rest. Staff were very helpful in caling a taxi in the morning. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Everything was perfect. Generous: free tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable: a lovely room, with a fantastic view. Peaceful: through the heavy wooden doors from the busy street into a courtyard, and oasis of calm. Tasty: a great breakfast, and good coffee! ….but it’s Anna that makes the difference. So quick to answer questions, great restaurant recommendations and local knowledge. Exceptional in every way. Thank you!!

Limited space in room.

Very friendly and welcoming at breakfast. Letting us leave our bags to collect later. Room was snug, but had great view. The communal space was great and being able to make a cup of tea was welcome!. Kindly booked restaurant for arrival and taxi to station

Great location. Along a busy street full or bars and restaurants but set back in a quiet courtyard facing away from the city and into the countryside. We left very early for a flight but Anna ensured there was a breakfast laid out for us along with coffee.

The parking for our car was an issue and we got in late so that was a challenge since Siena did not allow parking within the city walls, which is where the location is. Anna arranged for a 30 minute pass to drop off our luggage but getting a park after was difficult. Eventually got one with Anna's kind assistance

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. We are vegetarians and Anna made a great effort to ensure that we were well provided for for breakfast. She is an excellent host.

Great location, close walking distance to everything. In an actual palazzo, with impressive fresco in the ceiling and amazing views of Tuscany, even from the bathroom. A pretty amazing place, will definitely stay there again! Host Anna, was very helpful in everything, great directions on getting there by car, got us special pass to drive into city to drop off luggage and great breakfast. Her husband was also very helpful, gave us a lot of information on Siena and Tuscany and even prepared a route for us on Google maps with perfect stops at great small towns, for a day drive to Tuscany. The room was cleaned daily, good shower, air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay there again!

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like!

Anna is a very warm host and runs an impeccable, calm and beautifully appointed bed and breakfast. It was spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfasts, in a special location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. She was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We would be happy to return there again!

We really enjoy our stay! 🤩 Apartment is situated in the heart of historic part of Siena. Our room was cozy, clean and the view is spectacular.
