Nice b&b located not far from the airport, with easy access to/from Venezia via bus 5 or 15, and hosts were kind enough to prepare breakfast for us earlier than usual due to our early flight.

I have no complaints. They were so sweet and invited me to sit down with them to watch the Giro d'Italia.

This is a sweet little family B&B operated in their home close to the airport. The continental breakfast spread is great.The location is minutes from Marco Polo airport, and if you are looking for dinner, there is a very good pizza place a few blocks away that makes pizza in 3 sizes for any appetite. It is about 15 minutes from the Venice Piazzale Roma bus station. One thing I really loved was waking up and seeing trees and rose bushes out my window and birds singing.

The host is very accommodating. We had a problem booking an uber for our early travel, then the host tried to generously help us and even gave as a free bus ticket as we don’t have cash on hand.

The lovely hosts are an elderly couple and they couldn't speak English but language was never a barrier in communication. Both of them were too sweet and they served fresh breakfast every morning. The location is close to bus stop and could board bus to venezia easily from there

Super apartments, cozy and quiet place with friendfull owners! Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Distance from historical part of Venice is short and take about 15 minutes by bus. I'm really recommend!

The house is very clean and very close to a bus station. The hosts are very nice. They prepared a delicious breakfast and they were ready to help us with anything. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we would definitely choose this place again.

The placement is ideal if you do not want to stay in the island ! The bus stop is juste 5 minutes on foot ! The personnel is a lovely old couple ! Very friendly and warm people! The garden is nice and the breakfast enough to start the day !! The room is small but clean!! There is a free parking !

A home away from home. This house is just exceptional. We will surely book for this the next time we visit Venice. The breakfast was also very good. Marisa made some hot cakes for our breakfast. Alberto showed us his turtles at the garden. This house is near the highway, but an ample space for the garden in front of the house made it not too noisy staying there. There is also a resto/store nearby where we can buy bus/boat tickets to 72 hours. Resto named Colors is open until 10-11pm so we bought dinner there too 2x. The room we stayed is also air conditioned, so it's a good thing after going back from a tour because the weather was hot and tiring, a cooler room is just a need after. Thank you Marisa and Alberto. Grazie mille! 🙂

A good size bedroom and clean bathroom. Marisa provided us with a good breakfast and good advise about catching the bus into Venice. The bus stops were pretty much outside the B&B so very convenient. Air-conditioned so we could sleep with the window closed to traffic and an early morning rooster. Free parking for our hire car.

Nothing. Depending on you tastes it is a bit dated but we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our hostess was amazing! On our first afternoon she checked us in early on request and made it possible that we were out the door and on our way to Venice within 15 minutes with bus tickets! Breakfast was great every morning; the room was spotless with comfy beds and mosquito screen on the window (so windows could stay open at night). Quiet at night despite b&b being on a busy road.. Free parking in front of b&b; busstops at 50 and 90 m with busses going every 10/15 minutes until late.
