The property is located in the heart of Cagliari in a very quiet area. The bed was probably one of the best beds in the have ever tried and the room was sparkling clean. You can tell there is a lot of care put into this place and it shows. I would definitely come back here for my next stay!

Everything perfect.

A very clean, comfortable and quiet place in the city center. The host was very helpful and responsive and gave clear instructions for check in. The room was modern and newly refurbished, with lots of natural light. Close to several restaurants and a great gelato place, and a bus stop right outside the door that takes you to the bus and train stations in 10 minutes.

Everything was exceptional🙂, except the location which was very good but not excellent if you want to be in downtown in the middle of the vibrant night life of Cagliari. In the same time, the location is very good because in a quiet place and close to downtown

The contact with the staff (even though it was just on the phone), they offered that we choose what we prefered amongst the available rooms. The room they gave us was very huge, very clean, very lovely 😍. The bathroom was super 🙂 as well. Definitely we recommend the place.

Fantastic bnb - extremely comfortable bed and everything was clean and new. We didn’t meet the host Vanna but she kept constant contact with us and check in was effortless. Will come back next time for sure! Great breakfast place round the corner at caffe agora ♥️

Nothing we didn’t like!

Lovely lovely room, we had such a good night sleep. New, tasteful, cosy, comfortable, super clean. A/C available, for some relief from the summer heat. Nice room amenities. Easy access to the room upon arrival thanks to self check-in (host was only a quick text away if needed). Great location, in walking distance to main attractions but quiet surroundings. In short, we couldn’t have asked for more! Would definitely recommend and will book again if we need a room in Cagliari. Thank you :)

We needed a Code for the main entrance. It was sent to us after we arrived at the location. It should have been sent sometime earlier if possible-

The B&B is on the second floor and there is no lift, and that is not very comfortable for us.

Hosts are helpful and gentiles. The room is clean. The location is good.

The room is very clean and confortable. Air conditioning was also very important which made us feel cozy. The location is great. 10 minutes walk to train and bus station and many of the most important attractions in town. I would gladly come back.

It was a beautiful and clean room with a tv and a spacious and clean bathroom. Also the location was really near to the center and near to the ocean. You had several restaurants and cafes near by. I would recommend it for a stay. Instructions for check in were also timely and very clear.
