Location is in the center so the noises from the street were there and the room didn't have a view

The room was cozy and clean, everything needed was inside. It was very clean and the towels were soft. There was also the helpful option of baggage storage. I also ordered transfer from the airport, it was provided by the host and we had a nice chat about the family business :)

A very comfortable stay. It was ideal having a room at the back of the property, away from the street noise (it is located on a walking street with loads of restaurants and bars). The bed was very comfortable!

The window opens to a small enclosed space, not to an outdoor space, because of this there was not much fresh air in the room. But there is an AC, so we used that (although I'm not a big fan of using AC). Also, the room was decorated nicely to make up for the lack of view (I assume). It feels a bit weird you have to send a picture of your id through whatsapp in order for them to fullfill their paperwork (check-in is contactless). Anyway, it was cheap, so what you pay is what you get. =)

The location is great, close to the station and close to the citycentre, which for us was the main reason to stay here. Communication went smooth and the room was clean. You can leave your bags in the hallway if you arrive too early for check in. If you want to check-in early, you need to pay extra... It felt a bit weird though to leave our stuff ungarderd in the hallway in front of someone else's room. Most other places let you just check-in if the room is ready.

The hosts were friendly. The place was clean and comfortable situated in the middle of the movida, close to all sorts of shops and, of course, a pletora of very nice restaurants. It was a good size room for one.

I thought breakfast was included and it was not, no coffee machine or kettle in room, no waste paper basket. Never saw the David, got instructions re keys through what 's app. Location was good however no info re recommended restaurants, sites to see or how to get around Cagliari. Video of how to get keys was great.

The shower was just okay. Also the check out at 10am is a little too early but it does advertise the check out time, I just didn’t notice it. Apart from that it’s a nice place to stay in the centre of the city.

The location was great, the room was comfortable, with air con and fridge. The owner was friendly and easy to contact. Our room was at the back of the apartment so it was quiet also.

I would appreciate a better bed and mattress, but if you're staying there for 2-3 nights, it's okay. The mattress was soft.

Good location in city center, near from the main station (bus or train). It was perfect, that we made self check-in. Davide is very helpful and comunicative. Room and accomodation was clean. It was quiet in room from street.

Conveniently located in the very centre, a few minutes from the train station. There are many dining options in the street. Communication with the owner was very good as was the check in process. I was allowed to put my bag in the luggage store even after the check out and pick it up later. The room was quiet and clean. Recommended

A lovely modern, spotlessly clean & comfortable room with a shower that functioned well. Communication with Davy the owner was good so entry to the property was easy & he is friendly & helpful. The location is perfect on a pedestrian street with lots of bars & restaurants & it’s near the Castello. It’s easy to find & is a short walk from the railway station.

The room and the bathroom, especially, must be renovated. Old furniture, durty towels, no window in the room. Very good location, in the heart of the centre. There is street parking but don't count on it.

Very basic room, it's a shame that there was mold in the soap in the bathroom. It was signaled to the owner but he said the soap could be used anyways. It's a shame.

I stayed there twice in my trip, seconnd time, I got the room that gets to the street, that was quite noisy. At the interior, everthing was perfect.

owner is trying to scam us out of money. told us to leave money on counter with we did but straight away accuses us and threatens us if we now don’t bank transfer more money. very noisy even during times we was told to be quiet and didn’t offer breakfast which we was lead to believe via website

Good location in pedestrian zone in the centre, possibility and perfect organization of check-in after midnight and very good communication with the owner. The appartment was tidy and clean.
