You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Annabella greeted us with a helpful happy welcoming smile. The apartment is super spacious though not modern it has a lovely old Verona town charm. The weather was super hot and our apartemnt a fresh and cool retreat with a large balcoy facing a very quiet street. . The location a little out of the main town which we prefer to be away from the noise and throngs of tourists. Lots of restaurants close by for only locals; our prefence too. fyi i highly recommend the side walk retaraunt "panni and vino" literally one minute out the main door to your right. The chef is dynamic enthusatic a master of preparing a slow cooked crackling pork; we have never experiended such tender delicacy.

The size of the bedroom for a couple and two teenagers was great; the area was magnificent within short walking distance to main attractions such as the arena etc; the price was also reasonable for a stay in the historic side of the city.

BelgiumWe were placed in a separate building (we knew this from during the booking) which was a regular appartment building about 10min walk from the centro historico. Not a big deal but seeing that the other building is a 2min walk and in a much nicer neighbourhood it does make a difference. The shower and toilet were in the same room so waiting to go to the toilet could take quite some time.
The staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was clean and the appartment that we shared with two other rooms was very spatious. The parking spot we reserved was behind a locked gate and under a cover from the sun so that was delightful.
