The hotel was a bit hard to find as we couldn't see it through the trees in the carpark area. We didn't have trouble finding parking. It is quite a long way from the center of town and parking was quite expensive for a short time (in town). There are no nearby restaurants so one of the nights we ate from the freezer meals available in the lobby. You heat them in the microwave. The shower nozzle was far too high for me to get down but at least there were plenty of hooks, some at a reachable height! Lighting could be improved. The bedside lights were not very effective.

We were in room 320. It was spacious with plenty of room for our 2 large cases. There were blinds inside the double glazing and curtains so very dark at night. It was quiet at night. There was aircon. We had a minibar fridge in our room . We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. There were several charging ports - USB and phone direct ports. Entering the hotel was flat with reasonable sized lifts.We got an automated message asking if we had settled in okay and was there anything we needed. A street map was provided which was helpful and few of the places we stayed did this

Felt like it was in an industrial area but that didn't worry us.

Roberta was great on the front desk. Was great to meet a smiling face and a helpful disposition after a long drive. Place was very clean which I am always grateful for - so thank you to the cleaning staff!!! Easy parking too.

Rather small bedroom, bit cramped up, ok to sleep, not to work f.e., therefore bit overpriced for my opninion, but probably up to standard with other options in Bolzano (pretty expensive hotels there). Not always hot water in the shower

The location is not beautiful but that's definitely not a recommended stay if you want to visit mostly the city (which by the way would be a serious loss, because the nature, castels and villages are the best part of the region). The indications to find it could be improved and the exit from the parking is fairly dangerous and requires attention. In general the city car and transportation infrastructure is not great. The breakfast is quite good and good value but as far as I could see there's no espresso machine and thus no hot alternative milk options. The TV supports Chromecast but for some reason not VLC with subtitles. No coffee nor tea in the room.

Spacious, comfortable, very good value and well organised basic room in the industrial area of south Bolzano. Great if you plan to travel by car mostly outside of the city.

There was no flip flops, no tables next to the bedsides , nothing for free in the room not even a bottle of water. The price of one night also was a bit high for someone going for working matters.

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and smell nice.

Single room offered only a single bed (fine, get what you book), but the bed frame didn’t have high enough sides and the mattress was sliding off. Woke up to find myself hanging off the side.

WiFi is always excellent, good to work on; breakfast offerings have improved since my last visit in 2021. Shower is great, although hot water took a while.

The room was very spacious, sleek and clean. The beds were very comfy and there was even a huge TV with many channels in the room. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and there were even food, snacks, light alcohol and amenities (hygienic products, travel products etc) for the guests to buy in the administration. We had a very easy check-in and check-out. We recommend!

Location on the other hand, its a bit far from city center. If you don't come by car, you might need to take the bus (20min to Piazza Walther).

We only stayed while passing through Bolzano. Location may not be ideal if staying more than a night. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. It is not clearly marked and no house number is outside. There is a long driveway and the building is barely visible from the street. We drove passed it a few times before we discovered the entrance. I highly suggest to them, they make the entrance more visible with well lit signage.

Good, clean, safe room. Good parking. Reasonable rate. I would certainly stay here if just passing through town. They have a lift.

The hotel is located roughly an hour’s walk to the central station - not a problem if you have a car or you like walking, which we do, but it just added time to checking out the city centre.

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good mix of sweet and savory, and I thought was worth the money. Rooms were clean and simple, with decent WiFi, and the shower pressure was good. I had never heard of this hotel brand before but was impressed!

At night the electricity went down from my room and returned morning at 7.30
