Access by car is a little complicated..

There were odd quirks like the fact that they turned the overhead hall lights off at night. I get it, they're trying to be energy efficient, it's part of their branding. But the two they left on at the end of the halls didn't reach my door. And the door didn't use cards to get in, they used 6-digit codes. And the pad wasn't up on the wall where it might have gotten some light, it was down under the knob where there was no light - making it really hard to see what digit you were hitting. Just seemed kind of thoughtless.

The room was clean and nice for the most part. It was small, but I expected that based on the price.

Felt a bit sterile and cheaply finished. Served its purpose and was functional. Noisy corridors and reception echoes through the stairwell.

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast server was overworked trying to keep up with the demand. She did a great job and was still criticised by some guests with no manners or empathy. Functional but nothing special. Able to park your vehicle close by on the premises. Not far to public transport which takes you to the city but still a fair way (25 mins) from the beautiful old city

It was tricky finding the entrance to the car park. This would benefit from better signage. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk from the centre but after a long drive the exercise was good! It might be good if the hotel had a leaflet showing the best walking route into town.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff at reception. The room was very comfortable, if small. Excellent bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with something for all tastes.

-The location was quite far from the city center and a 15min walk to “20wenty” shopping center which was okay, it has fast food & lots of shops inside. -Extremely noisy and not soundproof. Guests slamming doors, dogs barking at all the times of day. -For some reason it took 5 mins for water to heat up in the shower and also the sink & bidet. I thought it was something that had happened during the day but the next morning it was the same.

The room was nice and modern. Easy check-in, the room had a mini fridge and the reception area had plenty of resources- food, microwave, coffee machine, drinks & snacks.

Huge room, brand-new, very quiet. Free parking. 8-minute drive to city center where you can conveniently under the main (Walther) square. Had a great diner at Wirtshaus Vogele (highly recommended).

The bed was not clean and had a few hairs on it. When we brought takeout back to the hotel in the evening the only available table was a low light smoking section outside the hotel. Also there was nothing in immediate proximity of the hotel - everything required a car ride.

The bed was comfortable. Most of the receptionists were very accommodating.

Location wasn't necessarily the best for us. We were about 25 minutes from city center.

Breakfast offered had a lot of variety and was quite good. Front desk personal was courteous and helpful. Room was clean except for caulking around shower base ( was an eye sore). This gave us the impression that their rooms are not well maintained. We advised front desk about it. Bed was quite comfortable.

The location was set away from the main city, though it being close to the main highway helped and it was an easy bus ride to everywhere.

They were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety. They had several items in the shop if you forgot something or just wanted wine or a snack. There was nice seating outside to enjoy it.

Not a problem but you have to pay attention / be carefull when exiting from car parking to the main road

Not a central hotel but with car there’s no problem at all. Easy to Park because hotel has a free park. Shopping Center nearby to have a meal or buy food for a breakfast in the shopping or take away for the room (you have a supermarket inside the Mall). Very friendly staff

Easy to miss it if driving. On a one-way road, took a big loop in order to turn back. No kettle , no cup in the room.

Room layout was a bit strange. Two beds were crammed into the space next to the entry door and bathroom door, and at the back towards the window was a good amount of "dead" space. I had booked a twin room, however when we got to the room it was made up as a double with two single beds. With the beds pushed apart (loosing the nightstands) there was max 1m space between the beds. Some more space or a different layout would have been nice.

It was easy to reach by car and had free parking. There is two bus stops close by and the bus runs approx every 20mins, which makes it quite convenient to get into the city by bus.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Good public-transport links, including direct bus to city centre and airport. Rooms were quiet with good air-conditioning (important in Bozen in summer!). No problem storing our luggage for a week while we went on a mountain walk.

Good spacious rooms , excellent air conditioning, staff very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay there. We caught a taxi into town as its a fair walk
