The inconvenience of having to share a bathroom, however it was cleaned every day and there were 3 of them in total.

Amazing location near the Rialto bridge. We needed an extra blanket as it was cold at night, which was provided when requested . The receptionist man was lovely.

Good location just 10 mins walking from the platform Rialto Mecato by ferry boat No.1 from SL railway station ，a narrow alley leads to the hotel which little bit hard to find，the sign of it is the small restaurant and a supermarket nearby，the room is ok，but it doesn’t alike to the pictures showed on booking ，and dark，the stuff Rosa is good and helpful 。waiting for us till 8pm since we were later arrivals by heavy storm on the same day，Gracie

Walls have zero soundproofing. You can hear everything but I had ear plugs so that was ok for me. Obviously toilets are separate but we knew that.

A lovely attic room with great location. Cleaned every day. Great location. The Aircon was dreamy and the staff were very welcoming. I could have married that Aircon unit. I swear.

The shower gel and shampoo was only for one wash. It wasn t replaced with anothers the next day. No soap.... I had to buy a soap, shower gel and shampoo fron the supermarket.

The room was very clean. Perfect position of the hotel, nearby Mercato del Pesce e Ponte Rialto, nearby the vaporetto station direct to the Railway station and also to Piazza San Marco.

The bathroom was shared which we knew prior to arriving but other guests did not keep it very clean. There also isn’t a lift which is just something to be aware of if you struggle with stairs or have heavy bags.

Very hard to find reception, it's in the other hotel. Introduction wasn't really helpful. Can't change the temperature of AC, a bit cold in evening.

Had a bit of small trouble checking in. We had our flight delayed but has been in communication about the changes. They even confirmed our new check in time. When we arrived, however, no one was there and we weren’t on the “check in board”. Thankfully other guess let us use their phone and someone quickly came to meet us and check us in.

We received great instructions on how to get there. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do and coming and going was easy. The shared bathrooms were clean and we were never inconvenienced. There was also a sink in our roo Which was very nice.

nice, basic accommodation. I little tip- if traveling to airport in middle of the night-, It's a 20 minute walk to taxi/ airport bus, which we were not sure if was safe to do, so left early to get to the airport before it was dark. location was great to be within the Venice shops, restaurants etc.
