Here’s an improved version of your text: Amazing B&B in Puglia, not far from Bari, making it easy to explore most of the tourist cities in the region. The B&B is very well equipped and everything exceeded our expectations. The host is amazing and helpful. We arrived around 11:30 pm, and he assisted us not only with our luggage but also with finding a nice restaurant for a late dinner. Our accommodation was very clean, with a lovely terrace and a comfortable sofa. I wish I could rate it 100, but the maximum score on Booking is 10.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was a very pleasant stay. The appointment is super clean, modern and well equipped. Especially we appreciated the comfy balcony where we could enjoy the breakfast. There is a big supermarket just in 1 min from there. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Our special note for her dog Pablo, one love ! My best recommendations !

Exceptionally clean, bright studio. Very comfortable and lots of room. Kitchen has all you need. Absolutely Exceptional host as well. Host will provide options for breakfast, I chose meats and bread. Large amount of food provided, very fresh. Especially loved the focaccia! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

good location to visit Bari and Puglia. Easy to park car both inside the garage and outside of the door. Very Very clean! Very comfortable. Have small food, water/fruit juice/yogurt and some small cakes. good breakfast. beautiful terrace.

Unless climbing to the second floor is a problem or you want to walk on food to the village centre (taking a car is recommended here). Communication with the owner is via the messaging and translations. Unless you speak Italian 🙂

Clean and cozy, everything and even more than one needs! Breakfast was really delicious as the owner is ordering local food for you. On top of that you have good coffee machine and even possibility to make your own real Italian cappuccino. March was still a bit cold to make use of the terrace in the balcony. But the flat was warm and well heated.

A fabulous breakfast. Everything you wanted was already in the fridge when we arrived at the location (from fruit juices to yogurts and milk). Above all, the host asked us what kind of breakfast we wanted in the morning and brought us another breakfast, which competes with a lunch, with warm bread, ham, sausages and fruits. Free parking. Netflix, YouTube, internet and other TV services. Everything very clean, new, 5 star level. In the evening we ordered pizza from nearby. We didn't miss anything. Many thanks to the very friendly host.

Awesome place. It was our best stay during our one week trip through Puglia. Super clean, nice balcony, great breakfast and a super nice honest. We highly recommend this place. Parking is also no problem at all.

Lots of stairs to the flat. The stairwell leads to the apartment and another apartment upstairs, but there is no door to the apartment.

Just 30 minutes from Bari's Old City. Quiet area. Parking in front of the entrance to the house. Large and new apartment. Very clean. Extremely generous hospitality. For breakfast we got fresh rolls and cheeses.

The house is just amazing!!! Everything is new in the house and the decoration has a lot of details. It looks better than some 5 star hotels to be honest! We stayed there to be near Bari and it was perfect. Everything is really clean, the house smelled really good! The room is perfect with a cute balcony. Liliana is really kind with the guests. She helped us with the luggage, offered coffee, juices, water, cakes everything for free and in the morning gave us a really nice breakfast to take with us to airport. Definitely I recommend this place!

The owner is a wonderful person who takes care of her guest in the best way possible. Communication with her was great and she greeted us with a smile even though we changed our expected arrival several times. We have been to dozens of different B&B, guest houses or hotels throughout Italy, and it is safe to say that this has been the most comfortable, cleanest and overall best one we ever stayed in. If you want to run a B&B, it should work like this. When going through the area again, we will not stay anywhere else.
