Only issue was when we were arriving, we let the host know we were about 30 minutes away as requested, then we contacted them from McDonalds nearby. Yet when we arrived we had to wait quite some time before anyone came out to let us in (without any reason for the delay.) Other than this, no issues at all.

The old town of viterbo was basically shut up during the day so could really just enjoy the gardens. However it came to life at night and were lots of good restaurants

The owners are very beautiful people and very interesting The breafast was lovely When I return to viterbo I would not even bother looking for another place to stay as this place was perfect.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. The garden and pool made you feel like you were in the country but the town was at your doorstep. Everything is in walking distance plus it is on a piazza with several restaurants- lively but not noisy! Our room was on the ground floor which was an added bonus. The view from the room higher up was spectacular! Breakfast was delicious served by a very pleasant lady. Host and hostess are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Can get quite hot at night without air con in the summer

Everything was spectacular, private parking, restful and spacious clean room with shower and bath, incredible breakfast, hosts were hospitable and friendly. The garden view and fresh apricots were something else - no words for the beauty. To top it off it is the perfect location for exploring Viterbo.

Truly the most amazing and beautiful accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The hosts were so welcoming and lovely. The space and property is unique, cool, clean, and relaxing. The rooms are on a third floor and anyone with any type of knee or back problems will have trouble traversing the steps multiple times per day. This was never mentioned prior to the booking. The bed was uncomfortable and the TV is far too small. Other than that it was a good value.

The room was well decorated and the B&B was in a perfect location. The grounds are beautiful behind the facility.

Located in the city center at the beautiful piazza del Gesu, it's an exquisite sophisticated place with charming rooms, magnificent garden and a pool. Every detail is curated and is a work of art. The family was very busy at the time of our stay and we felt a bit in the way!?? Twice breakfast was not ready and the croissants arrived when we had finished. Fruit out of tins. The room is quite minimalistic, big, but no comfortable seating apart of the bed. No water at arrival? A small gesture with means a lot after a long journey

This b&b has an idyllic location with magnificent views from every room.......including the bathroom! Breakfast is genuine and abundant with a tastefully restrained ambience overlooking a beautiful square with the table set with antique linen. It is eco-friendly in its tasteful decoration, which is sophisticated, yet relaxed with different tones of grey and white. The hospitality of the hosts was warm and impeccable from start to end.....can't wait to return and see more sites around Viterbo.
