Big spacious apartment, 5 mins to great bars and restaurants, 13 mins walk from the train station, super easy check in from Emiliano who was there to meet and greet, explain everything and always available. Highly recommended and will be back for sure

The apartment is large, and has views of the cruise ships in the port. There is a large private outdoor patio area where we were able to hang our washing which dried very quickly. The kitchen is quite large but is not really suitable for doing much in the way of cooking because some basics like dish cloths and tea towels were missing. The handwash container in the large bathroom wouldn't pump, and the toilet seat fell off. I was asked by the cleaner as we were leaving if there was anything that could have been improved on, but it was difficult to explain when I can't speak Italian and she had very limited english. I would stay again because the positives far outweighed the small issues. I have rated it 9 because of the outstanding helpfulness of the host. The very best part of our stay was the generosity of the host with his time. He advised he would collect us from the railway station. Our train was several hours late and I messaged him to say we would get a taxi. But no, he was waiting for us in the dark. We had also advised him that we had a lot of luggage and this was our other reason to get a taxi. Instead he borrowed a friend's larger vehicle and just managed to fit our luggage in to it. Emiliano drove us to the apartment which was on the 6th floor of a building in a gated area. He unloaded the car and put our luggage in to the luggage lift and then we all climbed up the stairs to the apartment where he unloaded the luggage and showed us around. He also took us to the cruise terminal at the end of our stay. This time it was two trips in his small car. He said it was difficult to get taxis in Civitavecchia when the cruise ships were in. This time and effort on his part were greatly appreciated by us. While the cost is reasonable for the space and location, when you add in the service provided it becomes very good value. The location was excellent.

Great location, close proximity to our Cruise ship, Emiliano helped us when we arrived and our departure to the shuttle buses. All in all a very pleasant & accommodating experience.

Nothing really the hose was superb the elevator was hard to get used to but it was fine

It was in the ancient city, easy to walk to restaurants and owner picked us up at airport, it’s on the 4th floor with a very tiny lift but it was okay. I used yelp to find groceries within 5 minutes walk and cruise port was just minutes away

Superb location in a beautiful, old traditional Italian apartment building but when you get to the apartment itself it is super modern and chic, with views to die for! There's a lovely bakery on the ground floor of the building and just minutes away you're in the heart of it all - beautiful restaurants and bars, It's an easy stroll to the promenade where there's so much ti see and do. Civitavecchia was a lovely surprise as we were using it as a base to pick up our cruise ship - so worth the visit! Emiliano the host was so helpful and we were able to arrange a pick up from the airport to the apartment, he then took us to the cruise port and picked us up and back to the airport after our cruise.

….having to check out!

We enjoyed seven days in this perfectly located apartment. The host was #1! The views of the port, the sea, the neighborhood were great. The large rooftop terrace was our favorite area. We wish we could live here forever! There is a bakery in the building, cappuccino two piazzas toward the port, restaurant row in the same piazza. 2 more streets down is the sea. The open air market is two blocks left. We took a day trip to Tarquinia with MYLOVEITALY tours. A wonderful day with the Etruscans, outstanding 5 course lunch with three wines in the medieval piazza. We decided to avoid Rome and instead experience the countryside and port town experience and we are so glad we did.

The parking was not private (but luckily we found a place), the elevator small and slow (but the owner is not responsible for that), slow and unstable WiFi.

Close to the center, restaurants and shops around the corner, wonderful view of the harbor, spacious apartment.

No dedicated parking

The apartment was great. The host, Emiliano, was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment has a large rooftop terrace, with privacy fencing, views of the cruise port with it's cruise ships from the dining room window. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but is serviced by a tiny (2 ft x 4ft) elevator. Bakery around the corner, farmer's market 1 block away. Easy walking distance to everything.

The entire water system in the bathroom is very weak. Understandable since this is an old house even though it has been renovated beautifully and the apartment was located on the 4th floor. Had a handheld shower head as well as an overhead rain fixture. Using the overhead fixture had better waterpower. However, because of the location of the fixture and no glass enclosure, water sprayed out onto the bathroom floor.

The location was close to the pier. Easy accessibility. Host/owner drove us to the pier.

Everything was wonderful.

Beautiful location in old part of town. Host was very helpful and very gracious 🙏. Very close to market and restaurants and stores. Beautiful outdoor patio to sit out on and gorgeous view of the ships in the harbor. This place is a 10 and the host is a 10. Thank you!!!

unfortunately there is no wifi internet in the apartment! During our stay there is no warm water to shower.
