The room was a bit dark and small but you don't spend much time there. Shower was tiny but they have to squeeze these things into ancient buildings, and it's still better than sharing a bathroom

The room was tiny and for some reason the bathroom smelled awful. The big overhead showerhead didn't seem to work well as the water was only a trickle, but the smaller showerhead had great water pressure and was more than sufficient.

Very convenient location next to the train station just off one of the main streets in Venice. Easy to get to the train station or waterbus around the city or to the airport with air conditioning and a modern bathroom. The wifi was good. The check-in process was easy though a bit strange with a 24h reception in a different hotel around the corner.

The hair dryer was broken. There was no iron available in whole hotel. And our flight got delayed so we checked in 20 minutes after midnight and got fined 30 euros! I was very upset about this. It was out of our control and never mentioned before. Better to have self check in option (like a safe) outside to have an option to self check in in such instances.

The registration is in a different place. But it is close to the hotel. It may be better to indicate the registration building address and take the travelers to the hotel afterward.

The staff team was helpful and nice. The place is close to the center. Many shops and cafes nearby.

The rooms were a bit older and small. It was a bit confusing that we had to go to another hotel lobby to get into the reserved hotel.

Air-conditioning was acceptable for the age of property

So QUIET only minutes fr station, canals & crowds but absolutely no noise from outside at any time of day. Some in-house noise from other guests that normally pass thru a bldg. Also shutters gave a blissful dark room. Even had a garden courtyard, sofas in various spaces outside room and a sofa in the room.

The location is perfect for a quick night / day trip. the staff was incredibly helpful and super nice for anything i needed. they were so nice and kind and offered to hold my things as i explored the city for the day. Highly recommend for a quick trip!

Exceptionally helpful staff! Booked at last minute due to train strike. It came as advertised. It was clean. The ac worked. And the bed was fine. This is a small room, but all we needed for the circumstances. Clean bathroom was also petite.

One thing that could be helpful in future would be another mirror in the room - there was one in the bathroom but not in the bedroom.

For a 2 star hotel, we were very happy with our stay. Our room was small, but had everything you needed for a few nights stay. We didn't spend much time in the room during the day, so the size was not an issue for us. It was clean, with comfortable beds, a safe, a desk, wardrobe, chair and bedside tables. The air conditioning was hugely appreciated! The ensuite bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed - and the shower pressure was great, with a rainfall shower head and hand held shower head. The location was great, very close to the canal. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a small supermarket to grab things from. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They gave us advice and answered any queries we had, even helping us to book a taxi for an early morning flight.

- The hotel is an old building (most houses on the island are like that), there is no elevator, but the ground floor has many rooms (you can contact the hotel in advance to get a room on the ground floor) - The reception desk is located at a nearby hotel (1 minute walk), but does not cause any inconvenience. - The furniture is quite old, the bed is not very comfortable.

- Good location, right at the gateway to the main island of Venice, only 2-3 minutes walk from Ferrovia waterbus station - Friendly and supportive reception staff (I stayed in the spring but encountered cold weather, the city's policy did not allow the heating system to be turned on, but the hotel provided me with a mini heat lamp) - There is staff to clean the room every day

A bit narrow, just some space around the bed. In the morning it was very noisy, a lot of moving in the little street of luggage on wheels, people loudly speaking or shouting. If we didn’t open the window, the noise would be low but then there was no air and the sleep wasn’t that good without opening the window.

The location. Everything is near: the vaporetto and train station. It was very calm in the evening. Clean.

Unfortunately, The room was extremely dusty, and the building was old, so naturally, it was difficult to sleep with the combined issues.

The staff was very warm and friendly. They answered my many questions about the city with interest. Very very good location. Very quiet. air conditioner was very very good.
