The breakfast was weak. Considering the kinds of cheese in Italy, there should be more local cheese and also olive.

The hot water was hit or miss. If it did get hot the water had to run a long time. The morning we left the water wouldn’t even get warm.

It's an older building so scraping chairs and some voices can be heard, but nothing disturbing. The balcony was too small to have a chair but offered a wonderful view.

The room was clean and updated, had very strong wifi and air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of good food, from fresh fruit and yogurts to several cereals and baked goods, as well as scrambled eggs and bacon and pastries. Service was swift and pleasant. The location is excellent with no noisy restaurant or bar downstairs but excellent places very close by. It's in front of the marina which is adjacent to a wide public beach. 5 minute walk from the train station.

Unfortunately we didn't have a fridge in the room but it wasn't a huge problem.

The breakfast was really good. There was a wide selection including bacon scrambled eggs, breads, ham and cheese, selection of juices and water and a huge selection of cake. The service was very good bringing you teas or coffee on request. Very friendly service. Location was perfect as its a stones throw from the beach.

Location was very convenient to the beach just across the street. The view was spectaculare and we even got upgraded to a larger room. The interior of the hotel was from the eighties and could use an update. However the rooms were spacious.

There was nothing not to like but I would have preferred tea and coffee facilities in the room given that the lounge/reception area was 'dead' in the evening. I asked Reception for a cup of tea which they were happy to make. Would have preferred a little bit more buzz.

Stayed 19-23 March 2023 Room was clean and spacious. Room cleaned daily. Felt safe at the hotel and in the local area Hotel is located right on the front but it appeared to be very quiet in the hotel and the town. It may have been out of season but lots of restaurants in area were closed. Breakfast choice was somewhat limited compared to what I expected. My room was down the side with scaffolding on the outside of the building right outside window and some noise in early morning from road noise, leaf blowing, etc. May be getting hotel exterior ready for the Easter/Summer holiday season

The toilets and showers were extreamly awkward to sit on and use.

We had to change rooms because the room we were assigned had a broken toilet seat and no telephone connection. The room was changed quickly and without fuss. Only issue was that the air conditioning was governed by the front desk. When we told them it was too warm at 25 degrees Celsius, they agreed to turn it down two degrees. It was humid and too warm to sleep well.

The hotel has friendly staff who were welcoming. The check in went smoothly and access to the room was by elevator. The room had a small balcony to enjoy the view of the marina. Breakfast was well presented and satisfying.

What I don’t like is the hard bed and the noisy aircon.

What I like the most is the location. Very near the train station and the beach. there are also several restaurants nearby. Our room has a balcony facing the dock/ sea and waking up with this view is a good thing to start your day. The mini bar inside the room was stocked too. I also like this certain staff, the breakfast lady who always greets you with cheerfulness to start your morning.

One air conditioner was making strange noise sometimes, so we had to turn it lower/off for a while.

Very good location just across the marina and 5min to the sandy beach. Old town 5-7min and train station 5min. Train from Rome 1h11min, one way ticket 3,60eur/person. Breakfast was good with scrambeled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, salami, croissants, breads, fruits, joghurt, different cakes, cereals, juices, good coffee. You have to order coffee and cold milk for cereals from the nice breakfast lady. Our room (for 3 persons) was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Comfy beds and good pillows. Good blinding curtains.
