The shower in our room had much mould around the base…..the restaurant on the Sunday night was not operating and the bun we had with some Parma ham and one red wine each was very pricey. We also felt we were treated harshly by the breakfast staff who made us sit outside in the reception/bar area to have a basic breakfast when there were over 20 plus sparecsettings in the breakfast area…..they could have treated us better.

Great location as it meant just a 15 minute stroll into the main centre for shopping and eating etc. Great parking option also next door.

Being right across from the train station made it an excellent choice. The breakfast was filling but nothing notable - however it seemed like a one-person operation and the cook/server was working diligently and keeping up with the consumption of the diners.

The shower and sink had black mold. That is something that should most definitely be taken care of before a guest enters the room.

The small reception area which made check in a bit of a hassle and the lack of atmosphere at the bar, mainly to do with the lighting, so you didn't want to loiter.

We were travelling by train so the location was close to the front of the train station and about 10 minutes walk from Parma Town centre. Free hugs from the large bear in reception. My husband liked the surprise of a swimming pool. Small but open during our stay.

We stayed in Parma for 2 days. The hotel is in a great location, within a few minutes walking distance of the train station. Also within walking distance to several good spots to eat and drink. Pool area looked amazing...unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it.

The reception desk doesn't fit to a four star hotel, 4 receptionist squeezed on a tiny desk, sitting on bar stools and weren't very polite

The parking is not for free, you need to pay 18€ to park there which is excessive, and should be included in the price of the room instead, so no surprise cost and knowing how much a room cost, it is too much. The swimming pool is nice but only opens at 11am, and is at the shadow form the afternoon. It is also a really small swimming pool so everyone is on top of each other and not enough sun bed. Breakfast seems nice but cost 14€

The hotel Is really close to the center, the rooms are quiet and clean. There is a nice terrasse next to the swimming pool and a small gym accessible 24h

The buffet; they serve the cooked vegetables in the same plate as sausages and for fresh ones, guests use the same spoons as for ham so if you are vegetarian, good luck . No indications nor info on what is what and what it contains . The variety is great but this is uneasy if you do eat meat

Staff was friendly but did nothing with our complain about left over drink bottle in our minibar that Seems noone has controled the minibar before guest checked in. Used bottle of water still in the minibar from earlier guests. Breakfasts coffee quality far from good italians coffee. Clear up table not really a priority. Not as how we expected from novotel level of service. Feels like stay at ibis for price of Novotel.

Perfect Location next to the station, and 5 mnts walk to the centrum. Very good restaurant of the hotel. Cozy bar-lobby. Nice for short stays.

It would have been nice if the swimmingpool open early in the morning, we have to waist until after breakfast.
