Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast was light, continental style, not a lot of options. Thats said we had a pleasurable experience enjoying our morning coffee outside on the balcony.
Our was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and very hospitable. Our host provided pick up and drop off to FCO airport, at all additional cost but worthwhile as the taxi situation proved near hopeless. We we're escorted to the apartment, shown through and provided information regarding food/dining options in the local area. Overall a great experience.

Excellent place if convenience for the airport or the local car hire services is a factor in your choice. Very smart condominium style complex, good apartment with plenty of space and nice balcony area. Host was very helpful given the booking short notice.

Enrico is unbelievably hospitable. Far more than any host I've ever encountered. Super responsive in every respect. Super communicative as well. He went above and beyond to make our very short stay as comfortable as possible. Over a holiday he arranged various transports to and from, when essentially all transport service was unavailable. He also arranged train transport on our departure date, which facilitated our next stop. The apartment is immaculate. It has every comfort and amenity you'd want or need. I'd give an 11 on a scale of 10.

The house was immaculate!! The owner even arranged to pick us up at the airport and return us the next morning. Yes, I paid for this convenience but this was so much easier than taking a taxi. He was waiting for my arrival and I walked right out the door to meet him. I would absolutely recommend a stay here if you need a night to stay for a flight as it is very close to the airport.

The host was fantastic. Gave a great introduction to the property and made sure we knew where everything was located. They were available after we settled down to answer any questions and gave us a text later to make sure we were okay.
