Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Marco is very infomative and helpful towards all our queries, gives us tips on where to go/avoid for our daily meals etc. He personally came to meet us at the ferry station, brought us to his house and helping out with our luggages. The house is in a strategically position, only 10 mins away from the main water station, S.Marco- S.Zaccaria. Lastly, after we had checked out, there is a cabinet with lock available just outside his house for to store our luggages while we go for another round of shopping and meal before heading to the Venice airport, very thoughtful. I would like travellers to consider this house when travelling to Venice for holiday or work.

BrazilThe apartment is located in a great neighborhood in Venice, short walking distance to the main tourist attractions, but still very local and with great options regarding restaurants, groceries, wine shops.. The apartment is very comfortable, nice beds, nice bathrooms. Very clean and renovated. The Air Conditioning was perfect for the hot summer days. Marco is an excellent host, a true Venice native, and was very helpful and friendly with great tips. We had a great time in Venice and this apparment is highly recommended.

The host, Marco, was easily the best host you will find in the world. Marco arrived to show us around the apartment and make sure we had everything we needed. He, was super responsive to inquiries before and during our stay and even made suggestions for our time in Venice - what to do, where to eat, and what to avoid. Recommend this property and this host.

CanadaIt rained part of the time while we were there, and the sound of the rain on the Ensuite roof was too loud for my husband. Some people may not have had an issue with this.
Our host Marcus was wonderful and helpful, and the apartment spacious and well-suited to our needs. we appreciated the hints of the host, a long-term local, about stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment was recently renovated, and care and thought we’re clearly put into the renovations - really a gem. Would stay here again.

Great apartament in Castello district - away from crowded areas but not too far from main attractions. Lots of locals nearby and that is a good thing! Spacious apt with everything you need in a quiet, authentic Venetian neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen including coffee, tea, olive oil, etc. Nice bathrooms with great showers. The best part is Marco, the host - a Venetian native with lots of tips to make your stay enjoyable. Responds very quickly and makes tremendous efforts to accommodate his guests. A little tricky to navigate at first, but Marco met us at the ferry and showed us the way. Truly a gem.
