A superb apartment with an aristocratic feel! Complete facilities, a very beautiful garden, parking in front of the building. 2 minutes from the Oberdan tram station that takes you to Venice. Alberto, the owner, very kind! I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends!

Amazing apartment with plenty of street parking Well equipped house with a beautiful patio and a huge kitchen . Simply loved the apartment. Also had washer with dryer and host was very responsive in case of questions. We liked the location maestre close to Venice but away from the hustle and much better food than in Venice

I love everything here. The decorations and the furnitures are elegant, and the kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need. The owner is a very kind person, welcomed us nicely with a gift, which is very warm. And the location is very close to public transportation.

The apartment is a real treasure. Very spacious and elegant. You have various shops, restaurants and bars situated very close and also the bus stops for Venice are at less than 5 minutes walking. The apartment is arranged with style and you can feel the spirit of Venice there. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen and living room are more than enough for the great experience. The best thing is the garden with lemon trees, magnolias and a space for drinks and snack. The communication with Alberto (the owner) and his sister was impecable and we had all the needed support. Great value for money and definitely will be back.

We celebrated New Year holidays! All very much liked, very warm and cosy house, with a beautiful terrace! In the house found everything you need from dishes to hygienic accessories! Convenient transport interchange, supermarket nearby! In general all liked it! Thank you very much for everything!

This apartment is in a great location close to the T1 tram to Venice and the T1 tram with connection to the 45 bus to Marco Polo Airport. A huge supermarket is a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was quiet, cozy and spacious. The kitchen supplies were great. Just make sure to get your own cooking oil, salt and pepper if you're cooking. The host Alberto is kind and easily available to answer any questions you have. His English is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home.

We had a late arrival and an early flight and it was almost impossible to get to the airport using public transportation during the night hours, whilst the taxi service (Radio Taxi Venezia that has fixed reasonable rates) told us initially that we cannot book a taxi for 5 people in advance and would have to get up and call them. Upon the 2nd attempt, the other operator confirmed that it was not a problem and they were happy to help, but it was pretty stressful. Also, if you are arriving after 6.30PM the apartment manager leaves themselves a right to charge you 50 eur for late check-in upon their discretion.

The place looks better in real life than on the photos. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. He greeted us in person and showed us around. The place has a lovely garden and 5 sleeping places (2 double beds and 1 single) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has utensils for cooking and washing the dishes, the bathroom has a washing/drying machine. There's a fridge, a dishwasher. The apartment is spacious, cosy and tastefully decorated. It was a lovely stay.

Nice Appartment in Mestre . Very quiet area . The Appartment is wide and clean , well equipped and has a very nice patio to enjoy breakfast. The tramway to Venice is 2 mn away and you join plaza Roma in 20 mn . Very good ratio Quality/ price

The apartment is very nice and spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Very close to the T1 tram stop to get to Venice. In the area there is a market, restaurants and it is easy to reach the old town and the train station where the bus from the airport drops you off. Friendly and welcoming host. I highly recommend it.

Check in, we were required to do the check-in on a different location, the lady there didn't know english nor Italiano, all though we called at the time we went out of the airport, we had to wait for several minutes for someone to come and the taxi driver almost left us there since he had another drive waiting. The electricity is a bit weak and 3 times went down and we had to turn everything off and take it up
