The door is hard to open and close. The room is dark and humid.

The staffs are very helpful and the facilities are overall in good condition.

The apartment met all our expectations. I highly recommend this unit. Clean, spacious and close to Ferrovia station (you can take trains and water buses from here to any direction). Also, it is close to Piazzale Roma (which is the connection point with the airports). We will choose the same accomodation when we come back to Venice.

Bed comfort can be increased.

The apartment is good and spacious. Somebody met us at the entrance to hand over the keys and also explained everything. Everything was good, except the bed in the bedroom was a little noisy.

Recommendation - it would be good if there are some guests slippers.

Spacious and very clean apartment. Very nice and helpful staff. Quite area, right next to a small canal which made us feel like a real Venetians :). 10 min walk to the train station. Thank you guys for the great time. We'll definitely book again if we come back to Venice.

Beautiful and very spacious apartment in a convenient section of Venice. Right on a canal, with opening windows to give you an immediate feel for this marvelous neighborhood. Close to a water bus stop.

The smell from sewage and the bathroom floor has a faulty level design (water drop on the bathroom floor will run towards the door)

Spacious apartment, clean and good location and the plus is that you can drag luggage from train station to the apartment quite easy, only need to cross 1 bridge but it is at the same level with street (i.e. no lifting required)

Mosquitoes! Make sure to bring those plug-in mosquito killers or some other forms of mosquito repellent devices. The windows do not have fly (mesh) wires. So it is quite a big problem. Frankly speaking, it is a general problem in Venice, not particular to this apartment. The bathroom is very well decorated and of high quality. I loved it. Yet, the shower is very small and has a kinda sticky curtain. Not my favorite. I'd rather have a spacey shower instead of the big bathtub that the apartment has. Finally, the kitchen is lovely, but the number of cups, forks, spoons, etc. is just like 3 or 4 each. So we had to wash them every time we used them.

The location is great, just 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. And it is in a quite quiet neighborhood, safe, and very friendly. Loved it! Our bedroom had a canal view, and the place is very spacey and well decorated. There are two boat stops close by, Crea and Tre Archi... So going to San Marco or to the other islands (Murano and Lido) is quite easy. Overall, I loved this place and would stay there again.

Because it is situated on the ground floor, there were many ants. The sofa was not very confortable.

bads, one screeched at the slightest turn, and the other, which was actually a sofa, was not comfortable at all lack of details. it was just a wine glass, the wine opener was broken. there was mosquito repellent but no tablet was available.

position, pretty close to everything it was a clean apartment quiet area. I didn't hear the slightest disturbing noise from the building or outside.

Bed comfort: Soft matrass in the main bed (not for me but it is question of taste I guess...); Awful matrass/structure in the sofa bed (kids slept there... no adapt for a grown up....it would be impossible spending a full night sleeping there) Pipe issue: back one evening after being away from the flat for a couple of hours for dinner and the flat was flooded (it was 9:30pm). All pipes blocked so we could not flush the toilette, use the shower/bide'/sink. We were left to clean all (had to fill 6 buckets of dirty water) even if a lady who usually helps with the check in came to check and bring a couple of extra towels and a very nice gentlemen colleague of Mrs Giovanna who manages the property with her came to sort out the issue (but by the time he left was midnight). The disappointing part is not the issue itself that can happen but the complete lack of follow-up at least the following day to understand if we needed anything and thanking us for spending our Friday night cleaning.

Good location. No too busy but still close to station and good starting point to visit the island. Good space in the flat - 2 Toilets, good internet connection - Good facilities
