The annex was further away from the main hotel than we were led to believe. We had a bit of walk for our breakfast. Also, hotel residents were charged if they wanted to use the hotel sun beds on the beach.

The buffet breakfast was very good. There was an excellent selection of things to choose from. Plenty of fresh fruit! There was a water tank to refill our water bottles, too. The staff were all helpful and polite. Free water in our fridge was lovely. The shampoo/body wash was nice and didn’t upset my skin. Parking was below the room. However, there was a hefty charge for it.

We had one room overlooking the sea. The other was in their additional building, about 5-10mins walk away. We knew this advance, but in hindsight, paying the extra and getting two rooms in the main building would have been more convenient.

The location was fantastic. The rooms were cleans and the AC worked really well. The private beach was nice, however you do have to pay extra to rent the beach beds, even though they belong to the hotel.

We were staying at the residence of the hotel. Rooms a bit lower quality than expected. One of the 2 bedrooms had a sewage smell. Furniture a bit old.

We were 4 people and price for stay was not lowest one, but comfort level was not good.

Location is perfect, even if you stay in Annex as we did- still it is only 200m from amazing beach. Good breakfest- even those who do not like typical Italian breakfest(briosh and coffee), will find other options to eat.

The location was not what we were expecting. We thought we were going to be in the main building but instead we were taken a block away. So the reservation was deceiving.

Parking and 'so called' private beach come at a hefty price and very expensive for a 3 star hotel.

I didn't like the vague description of the property in the listing. I thought I was booking at the main hotel right on the beach boardwalk. When I got there, I was asked to follow the hostess on her electric scooter to another building on another street. When I questioned the staff, they said that I booked the "annex" (which apparently I did), but there is no clear description of what the "annex" is or a clear description of the property and the various buildings. The room was still very nice, but the shower had a temperature issue. When you shower, be prepared for a hot to cold rotation. It's nice and warm, then it gets very hot and then drops back down to very cool. I had to time it so that I could rinse my hair quickly before getting a cold water shock down my back. Lastly, I would recommend getting the wifi information before heading to your room a block away. I had to walk back and forth a couple of times to get the proper info as it was not volunteered, and there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. There is parking at 15 Euros per day. I was there for less than two 24-hour periods but charged for 3 days. I was too tired to address anything else at this point. Overall, the experience was okay. The minor inconveniences sort of piled up so that I felt slightly annoyed, and I felt like the staff was a little visibly annoyed because I had so many issues and questions. It was enough to make me want to try another hotel on my next visit.

I like the location in proximity to the beach. Breakfast was amazing.

We had a room with balcony exactly next to the balcony. People were discussing and children crying 2meters behind our window... impossible to rest sometimes... :-(

The Hotel is practically on the beach, for a small fee You have Your own sunbeds and umbrella. Breakfast was quite OK. Dinners a little expensive (You find a better restaurant in the town, for the same price). Furniture a little older.

Unfortunately, our hallway had a strong stank of sewage, it was really bad and the smell also sometimes appeared in the bathroom which wasn't too nice. The furniture seemed slightly outdated but it was all fine! Great location, just a little overpriced I would say.

This is a great, beach-front hotel in Cefalu. The breakfast was good, and the hotel also had dinner and lunch that were option but also great food. The staff was friendly, specifically the cleaning personell.

Room was very small for 3 people. There was a terrible odor that seemed to be coming from the shower drain. The odor seemed to decrease after use but we had to keep the bathroom door closed

The room was small and dark. Not in the location by The sea as stated in the booking hotel offer or pictures. It was about 200m from the hotel. Breakfast served in the hotel only. Entrance to hotel privtae beach extra paid 15 euros.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast with variety of sweet as typical italian. But as well we could find delicous ham and cheese.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn`t be opened all the way without using force. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the neighbors were really loud one night very late, the kid was screaming like an animal and everything could be heard in our room. Aso the walls were really thin and the windows did nothing for soundproofing. Upon reservation, we were offered a room by the beach, once we got there we were escorted to a side building and had to walk in the main building across the street for breakfast and to reach the beach.
