The restaurant for tea was a little expensive. The fridge was very small and the building felt a little dated.

The spa was closed so they offered us free passes to one just up the road. The breakfast was good too. All the staff across the departments were nice too. The TV was good too.

The breakfasts were not served well. The staff refused to refill the empty food containers, and the customers coming later didn’t have more choices of the foods. The hotel staffs couldn’t supply more information about traveling to other areas in Dolomites Mountains. Suggest all the travelers to do your own homework if you want to visit farther places in Dolomites.

Beautiful views from the hotel window. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We arrived to breakfast room before 9am and all the trays with cheese, eggs, ham etc. were already empty. Even Nutella was out... We (ass well as the other guests) asked for a re-fill several times, but were constantly ignored. I understand sauna culture is different in Italy, but nevertheless. Me and my wife were attacked by the spa staff for not wearing swimwear (next to towels!) inside sauna. On the other side, the spa attendant was completely tolerant of people shouting and speaking loudly inside the spa area. We up-graded our booking for the room with the panoramic window. The view is truly spectacular, but would be much more enjoyable if the windows were clean.

    Nice view from the room.

breakfast wasn't great, when we arived there was no dishes for food or mugs for tea. some of the food options were gone. it took a complaint from a guest for the girl to go and bring dishes and refreash the food options the shower in our room didn't work so good

The room was spacius enough. we didn't like the dark decor (but it's just our taste) the bed was comfy enough and we liked that they give you 2 pilowes. there is a katle for tea and coffee making. there is plenty of parking infront and at the back of the hotel.

The first time we stayed here we ate at La Cima and it was great - nice staff, attentive, good food. This time I had to ask for wine glasses after they brought the wine and they were so dirty when we got them. The food was half decent and the staff just completely ignored us the whole night to the point where we would make eye contact trying to get their attention and they would turn the other way. The rooms are small but have everything you need.

This was the second time we stayed here. The spa access is nice. The views are great. The beds are comfortable.

Small amount of parking outside, we were lucky to get the last park.

The staff were very helpful and were able to communicate easily in English. As we left to go on a hike prior to the breakfast opening then we were offered a coffee and croissant as an alternative (breakfast opens at 7:30am). We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meal was delicious.

The spa that was advertised as being included in the price, was only open 4 hours a day, and required reservation the day of. The smallest room is really small with an awkward layout. I guess the pictures show it, but I was optimistic.

Friendly staff that helped with any issues. Extensive breakfast with many options.

The fan in the room was very noisy, I found it difficult to sleep with it on. The room was fairly small.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good selection of options for breakfast. Close to the centre of the village and the restaurant has a good selection of options. Sauna was okay.

Restaurant was nice, but if you order vegan option (they take away an ingredient and charge you 3 € for that, does not make semse, that you have less ingredients, but you must pay for that…it is embarassing nowadays

Was comfortable and clean with balcony and it was without noises with a posibility to have a dog with us (not included in the price, but it was written on Booking below) and it is awesome, that the hotel has a Spa and they also have vegan options for vegans, like vegan croassant and plant based milks also gluten free options

It was extremely small for 4 people. You could barely move around the queen bed and the bunk bed for the kids. The hotel is old and worn out for its 4 stars. It was very pricy for what it had to offer.

Good location, close to Ampezza. Parking lot available on site. Good breakfast, lots of sweets and cookies, a small playroom for the kids next to the restaurant.

The hotel is full of dust and weird stuff all around. Feels odd and cluttered. The room was tiny and the bunk bed made my kid feel like his brother might fall on top of him. So, not great for families.

It was a good location and the staff was nice.

There is a frosted glass door to the bathroom. If your travel companion goes to the bathroom during the night, the light shines into the bedroom. A minor issue. Secondly, we accidentally left some valuables in the safe when we left the hotel. As soon as we reached the next hotel, we called and asked the receptionist to look for our items and told her exactly where we left them. She claimed not to have the items and said she would check the room and call back. She didn’t and when we called her, she was very dismissive and hung up. The next day we drove all the way back to this hotel and were again told that they didn’t have our valuables. However, a kind housekeeper went into the room where we had stayed and found the items exactly where we left them. It would have saved us a lot of stress and international phone calls if the receptionist had just checked the room when we first called.

The hotel is gorgeous with stunning views, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The WiFi was good and Nadia in reception was very helpful. We ate in the restaurant which was good. The bathroom and shower were great.

The room for 3 adults was very tight. It’s also right off the main road so traffic could get a bit noisy.

The sauna was very nice and had a large area to relax in. It was very convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel that was reasonably priced and tasty.

The rooms were nice and tidy, they cleaned everyday, the breakfast was good, it was a mix of everything but with accent on the sweets side. The staff was really friendly, we had to borrow a charger for our battery and they were very helpful. We didn't use the spa facilities but we did enjoy some wonderful cocktails at the bar one night while watching the game.Highly recommend the bar, the drinks are strong and tasty. All in all it was a great experience.

The lack of air conditioning is a problem. Especially since it was listed as having AC The location isn't great. Since you have to have the windows open due to the heat. The room was tiny. Like barely a space to walk around

The hotel has a Tesla Supercharger in its backyard, which was the reason we chose it. The receptionist was nice and helpful throughout our stay. After the initial room was a bit loud, she gave us a nice room with mountain view and a balcony. She was also helpful with our spa selection. The restaurant is good and has a nice selection from pizza to good steaks.

Hotel restaurant (Ristorante La Cima) wasn't good value for money. It is pricy for just "OK food". Plus, we had to pay a fee to book a table for 2 people even though restaurant wasn't busy and we were staying at hotel.

Great hotel to stay if you want to tour around Italian Dolomites by car. It is located about 15km of Cortina d'Ampezzo, free parking included, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast with many options to chose from including hot dishes, and very competitive price.
