If you are trying to do a shirt stay in Milan for visiting the Duomo then you mat want to consider a location that is closer to the site.

Close to train station for a short walk with luggage. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the staff was friendly upon arrival. The room was very comfortable with a nice sized private bathroom. The breakfast that was included was delicious and the hostess was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

We had 2 rooms and the air conditioning didn’t work well in either. In one room it felt like only the fan was running but no cold air. In the other room there was no airflow at all. Luckily the weather wasn’t too hot while we were there.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable (if you like firm mattresses), the lift was very helpful, and staff were very friendly. The rooms were small but had everything we needed, and were quiet. Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to either Milano Centrale or the Caiazzo metro stop.

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk from the main railway station, and great metro and bus connections, It certainly does not feel like a ‘downmarket’ station hotel. It is a very traditional atmosphere, but very efficient. The room was excellent, quite clean and comfortable; the breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and fresh. The staff were very courteous and helpful - e.g. providing. information about travel around the city etc. and no fuss when asked if we could leave our bags for a few hours after check out.

My personal recommendation as a frequent traveler are: - avoiding breakfast responsible staff discussing loudly personal matters in front of guests. - optimising positioning of the food island and the rest of the furniture where the food was placed. Currently the space looks and is crowded. It is a pity not to optimise the breakfast area, since the hotel looks so elegant and classy and the space actually allows this.

Good variety for the breakfast. The behaviour of the gentleman in the reception were outstanding, prompt and polite answers, proactive and respectful.

No view of anything from the room with the exception of scaffolding which looked as if it had been there for some time. Bar never seemed to be open.

There was noise in the street throughout night. Didn’t always feel comfortable out at night.

The staff in the breakfast room could be a little friendlier, one older lady was very nice but we felt the others needed to remember that a lot of the clients were on holiday so a smile would go a long way.

Great location, reception staff very friendly, room good size with a very comfortable bed. Lovely balcony’s, very good air conditioning. 3 mins from central station and good metro stations. Near lots of good restaurants. Nothing much to complain about the hotel.

At the breakfast we waited quite long to receive the cutlery. The bakery at the breakfast was mediocre. No electric kettle in the room. Noticed an ant (the photo attached) in the bathroom (our room was at the 6th floor). At the same time, the room was well cleaned and towels in the bathroom were refreshed, therefore, it could be a coincidence or a more general issue with the building.

Convenient location (5 minutes walk till airport shuttle buses and the main train station), renovated rooms, very nice bathroom. Enjoyable view from the window. A wide range of options in the breakfast. Nice lobby.

The only thing I didn’t like and it’s just being picky, was the old hairdryer, it was slow and cool, not what I am used to

This hotel was a great find, close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but none available. When we had breakfast, I asked for English breakfast tea and was given an English breakfast tea bag and a small tea pot. However, the water was not boiling when the pot was filled and the tea was not as good as it should have been.

We had stayed at this hotel a few years ago when we visited Milan. We chose it as it looked classic and is close to Central station and buses to Malpensa airport. Breakfast was good with great choice.

The room is very good, big and comfortable, we had our own little balcony, toilet and shower were very good as well, the staff were the best 😁 Breakfast was ok. The location was good, near the metro stations and the train and bus station. However, you need transportation for the Dumo center or 45 mins walk 😬
