The bidet and the toilet were facing each other and only 20 cm apart. I hit my legs on the bidet bowl every time i use the toilet.

I am a handicap and disabled driver. I was fortunate to have someone to assist in opening the entrance gate into the property parking lot. If i was alone, it would be very troublesome to get out of the car, bring my wheelchair out from car, get onto my wheelchair and open the gate, then get back into the car, put my wheelchair in my car then drive in to park my car.

Property is clean w very friendly n helpful staff. Property location is very close to Venice bridge. There is a bus stop and the bus stops in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to take the bus into Venice directly. There is ample parking space on the property.

The water remained in the sink and the shower. The receptionist gave us another room next to the one with issues.

The staff was awesome. The room was good, and the location was perfect. It was a 15-minute walk from the train station, where you could catch the train to Venice. That was very convenient. Also, the hotel has a parking lot with a lot of space.

Amazing staff on the 24 hour reception. They arranged a shuttle from and to the airport which made the transfer stress free. 24 hour bar to make up for there not being a kettle in the room - personally, I preferred someone else making a better coffee/tea than I would have in the the room. The breakfast was lovely and extremely cheap. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The balcony with a table and chairs made a lovely addition to the room, especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. The bus stop is right outside the hotel which made getting to and from Venice a breeze. Bus tickets are available from reception. For anyone moaning about there not being any restaurants near to the hotel, either eat when in Venice before returning or order a delivery from Just Eat, there are plenty of restaurants on there which deliver to the hotel. This hotel is much cheaper than one in the heart of Venice and it is so easy to travel to and from. The buses stop around 6pm then there is a rail service from the station 10 minutes walk away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, I had to book the hotel the same day. My flight got canceled, so it wasn't planning to be there, but this has anything to do with the hotel, which is great!

I like the room; it is very comfortable and quiet and has everything you need. I also appreciate the staff; all the people I met were very welcoming, and they helped me so much with many things, like public transport or letting me take the coffee in my room.

The room was clean and tidy. The personal was helpful and friendly. Train station 800m walk then 1 stop to Venice main station for 1.5€. (Tickets only online). Bus stop to Venice at the front of the hotel entrance. Bus ticket from concierge 2.5€. Free parking at the hotel is also a great value. Brakfast cafe and croissant (italian b.f.) 3€ or full breakfast for 9€ is also outstanding. The room was quite and the AC temerated our room easily. We had a small fridge in our room, but I missed a teapot for hot water. It is a small thing.

Breakfast wasn't replenished, which might be cultural, but for £9 we expected that the juices and croissants would be replenished as not everyone got one.

The staff were amazing and woke up at 4:30 to help us with our taxi to the airport. They were also really helpful with telling us how to get to Venice.

I didn't realise the location is a bit of a distance from the Mestre train station/central area.

The hotel is quite tidy, staff were friendly, and their breakfast (extra charge) was quite filling for weary travellers. The room we got was quite compact but had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service (extra charge) was also very helpful. A bus stop was right outside the hotel however we weren't able to take advantage of this as there are no buses on Sundays.
