Breakfast was included in the €80/night procession, but it only included coffee, jam, cereal, milk and two sweet pastries that were left in paper bags on the previous afternoon, for the price expected something better in.e. Bread/ butter/ eggs. There is no one in the apartment for service, but the telephone contact is responsive.

The room and apartment were aesthetically pleasing. Location is great, right at the heart of the city center, walkable to the train station that goes directly to the airport.

Great kitchen, snacks for breakfast, good contact with the host who let me leave my luggage at the venue after the check-out. The bathroom is outside the room but there are only 3 rooms, so I felt like having a personal bathroom. These days I slept at 5 different airbnbs while looking for a long-term accomodation in Cagliari and this place was definitely the best one. Highly recommend es for this price, also great location, great view.

It was stated, we would have private bathroom, but we could only use the one available in the common rooms. We were moved out of the room we moved in (it was not stated before which rooms we could choose, all 3 keys were left out), without any explanation. The staff did not speak any english.

Unfortunately the wifi signal was to weak to use in my room. In the common area it worked fine though. Breakfast was not good, but less of a problem for me as there are magnificent cafés in the area, where one can have delicious breakfast for little money.

I loved the view over the city and the port, just magical. The room was beautiful, spacious and luminous. The location was excellent as it lies within the centre of Cagliari. Everything is easy to reach. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only thing is that our bedroom was quite warm, but they had air conditioner in the living room, so leaving the door open you could sleep.

The accomodation was great, very clean and cozy. Besides, there were details like having some grapes on the fridge, or some cereals and coffee to have breakfast that we really appreciated it 😊

Maybe the breakfast could have been a little more varied

The stay was excellent. Location right in the center close to all major attractions. Every single day there was a lady who came to clean the apartment. Interestingly, the entire procedure for obtaining the keys was automated and quite clear. We liked that the owner left us cheese and checkers. The view from the room was super nice and the breakfast was good.

Large number of stairs (50)!

Very central, in pedestrian area. Near to old town, restaurants and shops . Easy check in. Plenty of space. Clean. Good facilities. Good WiFi.

Breakfast only consists of some (very mature) fruit and a small tasteless pastry. All food is prepared on the day before. There are no juices, but you can prepare your own coffee. Two out of three rooms have a shared toilet, which was not clear at booking time. There was a noisy water leakage in the WC, and the shampoo dispenser was broken. The toilet seat was damaged and was not properly fixed to the WC. Cleaning of the apartment happens only in the morning, and after the first user had a shower in the evening, I found the toilet flooded. The bed is smaller than a standard double bed, and air conditioning is not available in the bedroom. The morning of the day I left, I found a woman (likely not a guest of the apartment) sleeping on the sofa in the apartment's entrance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and you need to drag your luggage along two ramps of steep stairs to reach it. I think for the same price you can find a better place in town.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it is not too bad. Breakfast was the same every morning and it lacked fresh bread, however, it was still good.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and it is located on the main street in Cagliari which meant that we didn't have to use any public transportation to go sightseeing - everything was so close! Even though is it located on the main street, we didn't ave any problems with loud noise and falling asleep at night with the windows open. It also has a very useful system of opening the doors.

The property is located in the heart of Cagliari and it has a very easy access to the centre, shops, restaurants, train station ( with a train taking you straight o the airport). It's perfect for anyone who is stopping by the city to visit the city and enjoy the scenery. It has all things needed: lovely kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The online access is super useful and gives you a lot of autonomy. We really enjoyed our stay there. There was some fruits and water left for us in the fridge as well, which was very nice.

The breakfast wasn't what we expected and it was the same every day.(musli,jam,honey,butter, 2 slice of mini toast in package, 1 small cake) The bed in the room is perfect for 1 person but small for 2.

Since this was a work trip it was kind of hard to work on the laptop without a proper table. The provided table was great, with high chairs, to eat but for work it was a little uncomfortable.

The location was amazing and the place was very clean and comfortable. And despite being right in the center of the shopping street, it was quiet during the nights and you could sleep without any disturbances. The automatic check-in was great.
